Nel weekend dal 2 al 5 luglio 2026, in occasione del Le Mans Classic Legend, il piccolo costruttore italiano <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/it\/kimera-automobili\/\">Kimera Automobili<\/a> si era recato sul posto con diverse delle sue creazioni. E, com'era prevedibile, un'auto ha attirato l'attenzione di tutti: la spettacolare K-39 Pikes Peak con la sua livrea Martini Racing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una cornice quasi perfetta per questa hypercar artigianale ispirata ai momenti di gloria della Lancia nelle competizioni. In mezzo alle auto d\u2019epoca, la K-39 sembrava uscita direttamente dagli anni \u201980\u2026 solo che nasconde una tecnologia e prestazioni degne delle hypercar pi\u00f9 moderne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lo spirito Lancia degli anni \u201980, ma portato all\u2019estremo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Negli stand Kimera, il fondatore Luca Betti aveva riunito passato e futuro. Da un lato, una vera Lancia 037 Rally con cui partecipava all\u2019evento. Le linee spigolose, i parafanghi allargati, l\u2019enorme alettone posteriore e la livrea Martini Racing richiamano alla mente i momenti di massimo splendore della Lancia nei rally e nelle gare di endurance. Kimera \u00e8 partita da zero per immaginare come sarebbe potuta diventare una Lancia da competizione se la sua storia fosse proseguita fino ad oggi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Una versione Pikes Peak pensata per sfidare la montagna<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Questa versione Pikes Peak non \u00e8 solo una semplice dimostrazione di stile. \u00c8 stata sviluppata per far fronte alle sfide di una delle gare pi\u00f9 estreme al mondo: la famosa cronoscalata americana di Pikes Peak, lunga circa 20 chilometri, dove i piloti devono fare i conti con l\u2019altitudine, i cambiamenti di aderenza e l\u2019assenza di margine di errore. Per questo, Kimera ha spinto l\u2019aerodinamica al limite. Ogni superficie interagisce con l\u2019aria: un enorme splitter anteriore, passaruota allargati, un gigantesco diffusore posteriore e un alettone monumentale. Il marchio annuncia inoltre componenti specifici rapidamente intercambiabili, per adattare l\u2019auto alla strada, al circuito o alla montagna. Sotto questa carrozzeria, che sembra uscita da un prototipo moderno del Gruppo C, si nasconde per\u00f2 la sorpresa pi\u00f9 grande: un motore che non ha nulla di italiano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\" src=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/k38-8.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-50208\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/k38-8.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/k38-8-420x280.jpg 420w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/k38-8-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/k38-8-18x12.jpg 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un motore Koenigsegg da 1000 cavalli<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kimera ha messo a segno un vero e proprio colpo da maestro collaborando con Koenigsegg allo sviluppo del motore della K-39. Dietro l\u2019abitacolo si trova un V8 biturbo da 5,0 litri appositamente adattato dal costruttore svedese per questo progetto. Il risultato \u00e8 spettacolare: 1000 ch a 7350 giri\/min, 1200 Nm di coppia a 5500 giri\/min e un regime massimo fissato a 8250 giri\/min. Cifre da hypercar ibrida, ma ottenute in questo caso senza alcuna assistenza elettrica dichiarata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\" src=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/k39-7.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-50203\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/k39-7.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/k39-7-420x280.jpg 420w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/k39-7-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/k39-7-18x12.jpg 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019obiettivo non era solo quello di ottenere la massima potenza. I turbocompressori, in particolare, sono stati messi a punto per privilegiare la risposta e le sensazioni di guida, con una meccanica concepita per essere aggressiva e sfruttabile nelle condizioni estreme di una gara come quella di Pikes Peak. Prodotta in serie molto limitata, la Kimera K-39 era gi\u00e0 quasi interamente prenotata solo pochi giorni dopo la sua presentazione. Dopo Le Mans Classic, il suo programma proseguir\u00e0 con altre apparizioni internazionali, in particolare al Goodwood Festival of Speed e alla Monterey Car Week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con questa K-39, Kimera non si accontenta pi\u00f9 di far rivivere le leggende italiane del passato. Il piccolo marchio piemontese sta ora cercando di scriverne una propria.
