Prodotta in soli 1.311 esemplari tra il 1987 e il 1992, l'ultima <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/it\/ferrari\/\">Ferrari<\/a> approvata da Enzo Ferrari, viene ora venduta a un prezzo che oscilla tra i 3 e i 4 milioni di euro. Una cifra che costringe la maggior parte degli appassionati ad ammirarla da dietro una transenna o attraverso lo schermo di uno smartphone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ma nel Regno Unito, un appassionato di nome Raph ha deciso di aggirare il problema. Il suo obiettivo non era quello di realizzare una copia perfetta destinata a ingannare i collezionisti (meglio cos\u00ec, per evitare problemi con il marchio), ma di costruire la propria visione della F40. Un\u2019auto ispirata alla leggenda italiana, realizzata nel suo garage per circa 90.000 \u20ac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Una F40 costruita in un garage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il progetto si basa su un principio semplice: ritrovare le sensazioni di una F40 senza spendere diversi milioni di euro. Per farlo, Raph ha utilizzato un telaio Ferrari (senza specificare quale), una carrozzeria ispirata alla Ferrari e una meccanica ben diversa da quella di Maranello, ma che le si avvicina. Addio al V8 biturbo da 2,9 litri. Sotto la carrozzeria si nasconde un V8 Maserati aspirato da 4,7 litri abbinato a un cambio Audi 01E. Secondo Ralph, pesa circa 1.070 kg, il che le conferisce un rapporto peso\/potenza molto interessante. A titolo di confronto, la Ferrari F40 pesa 1.155 kg. Secondo il suo ideatore, l\u2019auto \u00abaccelera davvero forte\u00bb e l\u2019asse anteriore sembra addirittura voler sollevarsi quando si preme con decisione l\u2019acceleratore. \u00abOra capisco perch\u00e9 ci si mette un alettone anteriore.\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Il primo giro in pista<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dopo diversi anni di lavoro, l\u2019auto ha finalmente percorso i suoi primi chilometri su strada. Si presentano subito alcuni problemi elettrici, in particolare alle luci posteriori e agli indicatori di direzione, risolti alla fine grazie a un semplice cavo scollegato. Anche la leva del cambio richiede alcune regolazioni. Il cambio Audi 01E utilizzato nel progetto a volte manca di precisione, soprattutto quando \u00e8 caldo. L\u2019inserimento della retromarcia risulta complicato e alcune marce richiedono ancora delle regolazioni. Senza aria condizionata e con un isolamento praticamente inesistente, l\u2019abitacolo diventa rapidamente soffocante. Anche con una temperatura esterna di circa 18 gradi, i passeggeri segnalano un notevole calore proveniente dal motore e dalla trasmissione. I finestrini aperti non bastano a ventilare l\u2019abitacolo. Quando sorgono dei problemi, Raph pu\u00f2 sostituire alcuni componenti con poche centinaia di euro. Cita in particolare il suo cambio Audi, acquistato di seconda mano a circa 350 euro per cercare di risolvere alcuni problemi di selezione delle marce. Una cifra irrisoria se paragonata al prezzo dei ricambi di una vera Ferrari F40.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\" src=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/f40-tribute-9.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-51973\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/f40-tribute-9.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/f40-tribute-9-420x280.jpg 420w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/f40-tribute-9-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/f40-tribute-9-18x12.jpg 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Questo approccio riassume perfettamente la filosofia del progetto: creare un\u2019auto in grado di offrire sensazioni simili a quelle di una F40 senza i vincoli finanziari di una supercar da diversi milioni di euro. Il lavoro, del resto, non \u00e8 ancora del tutto terminato. Manca ancora l\u2019installazione di un nuovo spoiler anteriore, alcune regolazioni del cambio devono essere perfezionate e sono gi\u00e0 previsti diversi miglioramenti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ma questa F40 da garage ora circola su strada e il suo creatore intende godersela per tutta l\u2019estate. Quanto al fatto che sia davvero simile all\u2019originale, ognuno si far\u00e0 la propria opinione.
