Questa <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/it\/auto\/alfa-romeo-gtv-916\/\">Alfa Romeo GTV 916<\/a> Vanta una lunghissima storia nel campionato Alfa Romeo UK ed \u00e8 considerata una delle auto a trazione anteriore pi\u00f9 veloci del panorama automobilistico inglese negli anni 2010. Al suo volante si sono succeduti tre piloti: Roger Evans, Graham Seager e ora Gareth Haywood.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Esordio con una Busso modificata<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'auto \u00e8 stata inizialmente sviluppata e utilizzata da Roger Evans, figura di spicco del campionato Alfa Romeo UK, noto per le sue preparazioni molto radicali realizzate in collaborazione con Revs Italia e la sua azienda Peak Alfa. Abbiamo gi\u00e0 parlato in precedenza di alcune delle sue preparazioni pi\u00f9 audaci, tra cui <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/it\/alfa-romeo\/questo-autista-ha-installato-due-motori-v6-busso-in-unalfa-romeo-164-e-il-passeggero-ne-e-uscito-bianco-come-un-fantasma\/\">un'Alfa Romeo 164 Bimotore<\/a> e una 164 da gara, che lui stesso aveva iscritto alle gare negli anni \u201990. Attualmente corre ancora nella categoria Modified con <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/it\/alfa-romeo\/unalfa-romeo-giulietta-a-trazione-posteriore-con-motore-v8-maserati-potenziato-a-500-cv-una-vera-e-propria-gta\/\">un'Alfa Romeo Giulietta su cui \u00e8 stato montato un V8 Maserati<\/a> ! Nel 2012 e nel 2013, Roger Evans si \u00e8 laureato campione, in parte grazie alla GTV 3,8, anche se la sua arma principale all\u2019epoca era una 147 GTA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"GTV 3.8 Donington 2008\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube-nocookie.com\/embed\/xnFssoSkW0I?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Il mistero del potere<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La GTV V6 \u00e8 stata rilevata da Graham Seager nel 2013 e completamente rimessa a nuovo. La modifica principale consiste nel ritorno a una cilindrata \u201cclassica\u201d di 3,2 litri. L\u2019auto \u00e8 dotata di componenti interni migliorati, di uno scarico a flusso libero e, soprattutto, di un compressore Rotrex con intercooler montato anteriormente e un radiatore dell\u2019olio.\u00a0Le specifiche e la potenza esatte non sono mai state rese note, ma la GTV \u00e8 stata stimata a 400 ch. Con una potenza del genere e un peso di soli 1.100 kg, \u00e8 una macchina molto veloce. Per rendere pi\u00f9 efficace questa trazione, \u00e8 stato installato un differenziale a slittamento limitato Gripper per gestire la potente coppia disponibile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\" src=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/gtv-916-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-51097\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/gtv-916-3.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/gtv-916-3-420x280.jpg 420w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/gtv-916-3-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/gtv-916-3-18x12.jpg 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un look pi\u00f9 aggressivo\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Secondo il regolamento, la paratia, il parabrezza e il motore devono rimanere al loro posto e la monoscocca deve rimanere quella originale. Tuttavia, all\u2019auto \u00e8 stato conferito un look aggressivo: le portiere, il cofano e il bagagliaio sono in fibra di carbonio, mentre i parafanghi e gli alettoni contribuiscono notevolmente all\u2019aerodinamica. Seager ha conquistato tre vittorie nel 2014, classificandosi terzo nel campionato generale e primo nella classe A1. Nel 2015 ha conquistato 8 vittorie di classe e il titolo assoluto. La GTV \u00e8 stata poi schierata sporadicamente, ottenendo ancora qualche vittoria di classe, per poi scomparire dalla scena. L\u2019auto ha corso poco tra il 2016 e il 2020, partecipando in modo regolare solo a 12 gare selezionate del CSCC Modern Classics durante quel periodo, ed \u00e8 stata utilizzata per gare in salita e sprint dal 2020 al 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Il ritorno!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'ultimo pilota in ordine di tempo, Gareth Haywood, ha riportato in pista l'auto nella categoria Modified. Il principale cambiamento estetico consiste in un alettone posteriore pi\u00f9 alto.
