Questa volta, il team sta affrontando il motore turbo GME 2.0L della\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/it\/auto\/alfa-romeo-giulia\/\">Alfa Romeo Giulia<\/a>, L'obiettivo era quello di creare una vera e propria utilitaria familiare in grado di erogare 400 CV... ma ancora gestibile nelle condizioni di guida di tutti i giorni. I primi risultati sono gi\u00e0 impressionanti: da 0 a 100 km\/h in soli 4,2 secondi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un'Alfa Romeo Giulia \u00abwagon\u00bb da 400 CV.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A differenza del progetto estremo basato sulla MiTo, MTD spiega di aver lavorato a una Giulia concepita soprattutto come una versatile vettura stradale. Una wagon veloce, capace di offrire prestazioni molto elevate senza trasformare completamente l'auto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\" src=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/giulia-400-ch-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-50064\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/giulia-400-ch-2.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/giulia-400-ch-2-420x280.jpg 420w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/giulia-400-ch-2-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/giulia-400-ch-2-18x12.jpg 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Per ottenere 400 CV, il preparatore \u00e8 tornato alla sua ricetta \u00abKit400\u00bb. Secondo MTD, questo include un turbo MTD, un albero a camme Stage 1, un tubo di scarico da 76 mm e una riprogrammazione del motore Stage 3. Anche il cambio automatico \u00e8 stato appositamente mappato per ottenere cambi marcia pi\u00f9 rapidi e un regime del motore fino a 7000 giri\/min. Il tuner cita una serie di limitazioni legate alla decisione di conservare alcuni componenti originali per mantenere l'auto confortevole e poco invasiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\" src=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/giulia-400-ch-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-50066\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/giulia-400-ch-4.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/giulia-400-ch-4-420x280.jpg 420w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/giulia-400-ch-4-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/giulia-400-ch-4-18x12.jpg 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Il silenziatore posteriore originale limiterebbe quindi la possibilit\u00e0 di aumentare ulteriormente la pressione del turbo. Lo stesso vale per il sistema di raffreddamento dell'aspirazione, anch'esso mantenuto in configurazione OEM. Nonostante una pompa del liquido di raffreddamento rielaborata elettronicamente, le temperature di aspirazione tendono a salire dopo diverse accelerazioni o partenze da fermo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Infine, le molle delle sospensioni originali complicano il trasferimento di potenza dal suolo all'asse anteriore, soprattutto in caso di forti accelerazioni. Nonostante tutto ci\u00f2, le prestazioni dichiarate sono gi\u00e0 molto serie per una Giulia progettata per l'uso stradale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">MTD punta ancora pi\u00f9 in alto<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il tuner non ha intenzione di fermarsi qui. Sono gi\u00e0 previsti numerosi sviluppi, tra cui l'installazione di combi filettati, un nuovo sistema di scarico e un circuito di raffreddamento modificato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con questi miglioramenti, MTD stima che l'Alfa Romeo Giulia potrebbe impiegare meno di 11 secondi per coprire il tratto da 0 a 400 metri con partenza da fermo. Ancora pi\u00f9 impressionante \u00e8 l'obiettivo annunciato di meno di 10 secondi per il passaggio da 100 a 200 km\/h.
