Grande e discreta coup\u00e9 V12, spesso dimenticata nella storia del marchio, sembrava condannata a rimanere all'ombra della Testarossa, della F40 o della 550 Maranello. Eppure, negli Stati Uniti, un proprietario ha deciso di riscrivere completamente il suo destino... anche a costo di spendere quasi 2 milioni di dollari. Il risultato? Probabilmente la Ferrari 412 pi\u00f9 radicale, pi\u00f9 costosa e pi\u00f9 impressionante mai costruita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Uno straordinario progetto di Otsuka Maxwell Design<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Questo restomod estremo \u00e8 stato affidato a Otsuka Maxwell Design (OMD), un'officina di San Diego rinomata per le sue creazioni su misura senza compromessi. Pi\u00f9 di 5.000 ore di lavoro sono state impiegate per trasformare questa 412 da cima a fondo. Il V12 originale \u00e8 scomparso. Al suo posto, OMD ha installato il V12 da 6,5 litri ad aspirazione naturale della Ferrari 812 Superfast, uno dei motori pi\u00f9 spettacolari che la Ferrari abbia mai prodotto. Ma l'integrazione non si \u00e8 limitata a un semplice scambio. Per rafforzare il legame visivo con l'epoca della 412, il motore \u00e8 dotato di speciali coprivalvole in stile retr\u00f2. Tecnicamente, la trasformazione \u00e8 ancora pi\u00f9 profonda, con l'aspirazione e l'airbox realizzati interamente in carbonio su misura. La Ferrari 812 Superfast non \u00e8 mai stata offerta con un cambio manuale. OMD ha raccolto la sfida. L'officina \u00e8 partita dal cambio automatico di una Ferrari 599 GTB, che ha completamente trasformato per creare un cambio manuale a sei rapporti con griglia metallica. La carrozzeria \u00e8 rifinita in oro Superfast abbinato al nero, un deliberato richiamo alla Ferrari 812. Le modifiche sono numerose: paraurti ridisegnati e pi\u00f9 compatti, parafanghi pi\u00f9 larghi e cerchi forgiati Brixton da 18 pollici sviluppati appositamente per il progetto. OMD ha completamente ridisegnato l'abitacolo con un mix di Alcantara, pelli di alta gamma e carbonio.
