Es imposible no pensar en el Alfa Romeo Giulia Sprint GT de los a\u00f1os 60, cuyas proporciones ic\u00f3nicas retoma. Sin embargo, bajo esta carrocer\u00eda de fibra de carbono se esconde uno de los motores italianos m\u00e1s fascinantes de los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os: un V6 desarrollado por Italtecnica Engineering especialmente para Totem Automobili.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Detr\u00e1s de los 640 ch del GT Super se esconde una mec\u00e1nica que no tiene pr\u00e1cticamente nada que ver con un motor de serie adaptado. Se trata, por el contrario, de un proyecto concebido \u00edntegramente en torno a una idea sencilla: crear un motor moderno capaz de dar una nueva vida a un Alfa Romeo cl\u00e1sico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un motor dise\u00f1ado especialmente para Totem<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La colaboraci\u00f3n entre Totem Automobili e Italtecnica Engineering no surgi\u00f3 de una simple alianza t\u00e9cnica. Ambas empresas compart\u00edan la misma ambici\u00f3n: ir m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del concepto tradicional de \u00abrestomod\u00bb y crear un autom\u00f3vil cuyo motor fuera tan exclusivo como su dise\u00f1o. El resultado se llama \u00abGloria\u00bb en Totem, pero deriva directamente del ITV6 desarrollado por Italtecnica. La potencia alcanza los 640 ch, mientras que el par supera los 650 Nm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un V6 compacto y ligero<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una de las principales caracter\u00edsticas de este motor es su tama\u00f1o reducido. El peso se mantiene por debajo de los 180 kg, lo que convierte al ITV6 en uno de los V6 m\u00e1s ligeros de su categor\u00eda. El sistema de admisi\u00f3n de fibra de carbono dise\u00f1ado por Italtecnica tambi\u00e9n desempe\u00f1a un papel fundamental. Incorpora directamente el intercooler y el sistema de doble inyecci\u00f3n, con el fin de mejorar el llenado de los cilindros, la estabilidad de la combusti\u00f3n y la respuesta al acelerador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dos turbos para eliminar el tiempo de respuesta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A diferencia de muchos motores biturbo tradicionales, el ITV6 utiliza una sobrealimentaci\u00f3n secuencial. A bajas revoluciones, solo funciona un turbocompresor para reducir el tiempo de respuesta. A medida que aumentan las revoluciones, el segundo turbo entra en acci\u00f3n progresivamente gracias a un sistema de gesti\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica espec\u00edfico, una v\u00e1lvula de derivaci\u00f3n y una v\u00e1lvula de descarga externa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\" src=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/v6-5.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-51855\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/v6-5.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/v6-5-420x280.jpg 420w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/v6-5-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/v6-5-18x12.jpg 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El resultado es especialmente impresionante: el par m\u00e1ximo est\u00e1 disponible a partir de las 3 000 rpm y se mantiene hasta las 6 000 rpm, mientras que la potencia sigue aumentando hasta superar las 7 000 rpm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Una tecnolog\u00eda inspirada en el mundo de la competici\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El motor desarrollado por Italtecnica no solo es potente, sino que adem\u00e1s incorpora un sistema de doble inyecci\u00f3n, directa e indirecta, que permite optimizar la combusti\u00f3n en funci\u00f3n de las condiciones de uso. La empresa italiana ha desarrollado incluso su propia tecnolog\u00eda de prec\u00e1mara de combusti\u00f3n, una soluci\u00f3n inspirada directamente en el automovilismo y en los prototipos de resistencia. Esta tecnolog\u00eda mejora el rendimiento t\u00e9rmico y permite una combusti\u00f3n m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida y eficaz. Algunas versiones experimentales del motor alcanzan incluso potencias superiores a los 700 ch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El esp\u00edritu moderno de un Alfa Romeo de los a\u00f1os 60<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con solo cuarenta unidades previstas, el Totem GT Super sigue siendo uno de los proyectos m\u00e1s exclusivos del panorama automovil\u00edstico italiano actual. Sin embargo, su motor merece casi tanta atenci\u00f3n como su carrocer\u00eda.
