El grupo ha confirmado un plan de inversi\u00f3n de 5 mil millones de euros en la pen\u00ednsula, prometiendo que no se cerrar\u00e1 ninguna f\u00e1brica y que cada planta mantendr\u00e1 una funci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica. Pero, por parte de los sindicatos, este discurso tiene cada vez menos eco. En Tur\u00edn, los representantes de los trabajadores consideran que los anuncios siguen sin responder a la pregunta fundamental: \u00bfc\u00f3mo llenar las f\u00e1bricas italianas cuando la producci\u00f3n automovil\u00edstica sigue desplom\u00e1ndose?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un plan de 5 mil millones de euros que no convence<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante una reuni\u00f3n con las organizaciones sindicales, Emanuele Cappellano, director de Stellantis Europa, reafirm\u00f3 el compromiso del grupo con Italia. Seg\u00fan \u00e9l, el 40 % de las inversiones mundiales de Stellantis se destinar\u00e1n a la regi\u00f3n europea, con un objetivo de crecimiento de los ingresos del 15 % de aqu\u00ed a 2030. Pomigliano seguir\u00e1 siendo un centro de producci\u00f3n de veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos asequibles, Atessa se centrar\u00e1 en los veh\u00edculos comerciales, mientras que Mirafiori se convertir\u00e1 en un centro de innovaci\u00f3n industrial en torno al Fiat 500, las bater\u00edas y la econom\u00eda circular. Sobre el papel, el mensaje pretende ser tranquilizador: Stellantis no le da la espalda a Italia. Sin embargo, los sindicatos reprochan al fabricante que hable m\u00e1s de innovaci\u00f3n que de producci\u00f3n automovil\u00edstica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mirafiori, en el centro de las preocupaciones<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es en Tur\u00edn donde las tensiones son mayores. Mirafiori, cuna hist\u00f3rica de Fiat, lleva varios a\u00f1os atravesando una etapa dif\u00edcil. Es cierto que la llegada del Fiat 500 h\u00edbrido deber\u00eda permitir aumentar los vol\u00famenes de producci\u00f3n y que Stellantis ha anunciado la apertura de un nuevo centro dedicado a las bater\u00edas de aqu\u00ed a 2027. Pero para los sindicatos, esto sigue siendo insuficiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Luigi Paone, responsable de la UILM de Tur\u00edn, considera que la f\u00e1brica necesita nuevos modelos para recuperar un nivel de actividad satisfactorio. Seg\u00fan \u00e9l, el \u00fanico 500 h\u00edbrido no permitir\u00e1 ni saturar las l\u00edneas de producci\u00f3n ni dar un respiro a los numerosos proveedores que dependen de Mirafiori. Lo mismo opina la FIM-CISL, que considera que la confirmaci\u00f3n de los proyectos ya conocidos no garantiza un futuro estable para la planta. Los representantes sindicales esperan ahora un verdadero plan industrial capaz de invertir la tendencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00abEl efecto Filosa ya ha terminado\u00bb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sin embargo, las cr\u00edticas m\u00e1s duras provienen de la CGIL. Su secretario regional, Giorgio Airaudo, no se ha andado con rodeos. Seg\u00fan \u00e9l, \u00abse acab\u00f3 la \u00e9poca de los anuncios\u00bb y las cifras hablan por s\u00ed solas. Esta frase resume por s\u00ed sola el debate que agita actualmente a la industria automovil\u00edstica italiana. Desde hace varios meses, el Gobierno italiano menciona con frecuencia la posibilidad de atraer a un segundo fabricante de autom\u00f3viles al pa\u00eds con el fin de reducir la dependencia de Stellantis. Se han barajado varios grupos chinos, aunque por el momento no se ha materializado ning\u00fan proyecto concreto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Giorgio Airaudo considera incluso que Italia se ha quedado rezagada con respecto a Espa\u00f1a, que ha logrado atraer m\u00e1s inversiones industriales. Cita, en particular, el caso de Leapmotor, la marca china asociada a Stellantis, cuyos veh\u00edculos destinados a Europa se fabrican en Espa\u00f1a y no en Italia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Las cifras<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estas declaraciones cobran una dimensi\u00f3n especial cuando se comparan con las cifras de producci\u00f3n publicadas a principios de a\u00f1o. En 2025, Stellantis solo mont\u00f3 213 706 coches en Italia, una cifra hist\u00f3ricamente baja. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/es\/stellantis\/stellantis-italia-produce-ahora-menos-coches-que-en-1955-mientras-que-espana-bate-todos-los-records\/\">Hay que remontarse a 1955<\/a> lo que se traduce en una menor producci\u00f3n automovil\u00edstica en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es cierto que Mirafiori es la \u00fanica planta que ha registrado un crecimiento el a\u00f1o pasado gracias al aumento de la producci\u00f3n del Fiat 500 h\u00edbrido. Pero incluso con el ambicioso objetivo de 100 000 unidades al a\u00f1o, la f\u00e1brica seguir\u00eda estando muy lejos del umbral de los 200 000 veh\u00edculos que algunos sindicatos consideran necesario para garantizar su viabilidad.
