Fabricada en una tirada de tan solo 1.311 unidades entre 1987 y 1992, la \u00faltima <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/es\/ferrari\/\">Ferrari<\/a> aprobada por Enzo Ferrari, se cotiza ahora entre 3 y 4 millones de euros. Una suma que condena a la mayor\u00eda de los aficionados a admirarla tras una valla o a trav\u00e9s de la pantalla de un smartphone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pero en el Reino Unido, un aficionado llamado Raph decidi\u00f3 sortear el problema. Su objetivo no era fabricar una r\u00e9plica perfecta destinada a enga\u00f1ar a los coleccionistas (lo cual es preferible para evitar problemas con la marca), sino construir su propia visi\u00f3n del F40. Un coche inspirado en la leyenda italiana, fabricado en su garaje por unos 90 000 \u20ac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un F40 construido en un garaje<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El proyecto se basa en un principio sencillo: recuperar las sensaciones de un F40 sin gastarse varios millones de euros. Para ello, Raph ha utilizado un chasis de Ferrari (sin especificar cu\u00e1l), una carrocer\u00eda inspirada en Ferrari y una mec\u00e1nica muy diferente a la de Maranello, aunque cercana a ella. Adi\u00f3s al V8 biturbo de 2,9 litros. Bajo la carrocer\u00eda se esconde un V8 atmosf\u00e9rico de Maserati de 4,7 litros acoplado a una caja de cambios Audi 01E. Seg\u00fan Ralph, pesa unos 1 070 kg, lo que supone una relaci\u00f3n peso\/potencia muy interesante. A modo de comparaci\u00f3n, el Ferrari F40 pesa 1 155 kg. Seg\u00fan su creador, el coche \u00abtira con mucha fuerza\u00bb y el tren delantero parece incluso querer levantarse cuando se pisa a fondo el acelerador. \u00abAhora entiendo por qu\u00e9 le ponen un aler\u00f3n delantero\u00bb.\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La primera salida a pista<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tras varios a\u00f1os de trabajo, el coche por fin ha recorrido sus primeros kil\u00f3metros en carretera. R\u00e1pidamente surgen algunos problemas el\u00e9ctricos, sobre todo con las luces traseras y los intermitentes, que finalmente se solucionan gracias a un simple cable desconectado. La palanca de cambios tambi\u00e9n requiere algunos ajustes. La caja de cambios Audi 01E utilizada en el proyecto a veces carece de precisi\u00f3n, sobre todo cuando est\u00e1 caliente. Meterse la marcha atr\u00e1s resulta complicado y algunas marchas a\u00fan necesitan ajustes. Sin aire acondicionado y con un aislamiento pr\u00e1cticamente inexistente, el habit\u00e1culo se vuelve r\u00e1pidamente sofocante. Incluso con una temperatura exterior de unos 18 grados, los ocupantes notan un calor intenso que proviene del motor y la transmisi\u00f3n. Las ventanillas abiertas no bastan para ventilar el habit\u00e1culo. Cuando surgen problemas, Raph puede sustituir algunas piezas por unos pocos cientos de euros. Menciona, en particular, su caja de cambios Audi, que compr\u00f3 de segunda mano por unos 350 euros para intentar resolver ciertos problemas de cambio de marchas. Por otra parte, el proyecto a\u00fan no est\u00e1 del todo terminado. Todav\u00eda hay que instalar un nuevo aler\u00f3n delantero, quedan por ultimar algunos ajustes de la caja de cambios y ya se han previsto varias mejoras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pero este F40 de garaje ya circula por carretera y su creador tiene toda la intenci\u00f3n de disfrutarlo durante todo el verano. En cuanto a si se parece realmente al original, cada uno se formar\u00e1 su propia opini\u00f3n.
