Entre ralentizaciones de la producci\u00f3n, cierres programados y vol\u00famenes muy por debajo de los objetivos anunciados, parece confirmarse el escenario temido por los sindicatos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pocos d\u00edas despu\u00e9s de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/es\/stellantis\/el-director-de-stellantis-europa-no-tiene-buenas-noticias-para-la-fabrica-de-fiat-500\/\">las prudentes declaraciones de Emanuele Cappellano<\/a>, Mirafiori vuelve a tener que hacer frente a paros de producci\u00f3n, como admiti\u00f3 el Director de Stellantis Europa al afirmar que no sab\u00eda si se alcanzar\u00eda el objetivo de producir 100.000 Fiat 500 h\u00edbridos al a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un Fiat 500 h\u00edbrido que se queda corto<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el momento de su lanzamiento, el Fiat 500 h\u00edbrido pretend\u00eda ser el s\u00edmbolo del renacimiento industrial de Mirafiori. El modelo deb\u00eda devolver el volumen a una planta que hab\u00eda visto caer la producci\u00f3n en picado en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os tras las dificultades encontradas por el Fiat 500 el\u00e9ctrico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pero la realidad es mucho m\u00e1s compleja. Seg\u00fan las cifras publicadas por los sindicatos, la planta s\u00f3lo produjo unos 15.000 veh\u00edculos en los \u00faltimos tres meses. A este ritmo, Mirafiori estar\u00eda muy lejos de las 100.000 unidades anuales de las que el grupo ha hablado en repetidas ocasiones. Las estimaciones m\u00e1s realistas hablan ahora de unos 70.000 coches al a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta situaci\u00f3n confirma las preocupaciones que planteamos a finales de mayo. En aquel momento, Emanuele Cappellano explic\u00f3 que la producci\u00f3n se limitaba a seguir el ritmo de los pedidos recibidos, lo que suger\u00eda que la demanda del Fiat 500 h\u00edbrido no era lo suficientemente fuerte como para mantener la planta funcionando a pleno rendimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sin embargo, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/es\/fiat\/el-fiat-grande-panda-es-un-exito-en-europa-mientras-el-director-general-de-fiat-insiste-en-vender-200-coches-en-estados-unidos\/\">las \u00faltimas cifras de matriculaci\u00f3n<\/a> muestra que el Fiat 500 vuelve a ser el centro de atenci\u00f3n en varios pa\u00edses europeos gracias a su nuevo motor h\u00edbrido. En Alemania, ya se han matriculado m\u00e1s de 1.400 h\u00edbridos desde principios de a\u00f1o. En Francia, se han matriculado m\u00e1s de 2.100 unidades. Resultados alentadores, pero claramente insuficientes para garantizar el futuro industrial de Mirafiori.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">M\u00e1s paros de producci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los empleados de la planta ya han sufrido varias interrupciones en las \u00faltimas semanas. Tras el puente del 2 de junio, se puso en marcha una nueva interrupci\u00f3n de la producci\u00f3n para adaptar los ritmos de producci\u00f3n a la demanda del mercado. Una f\u00f3rmula que se ha hecho familiar en la industria del autom\u00f3vil, pero que sobre todo refleja la falta de vol\u00famenes suficientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Y a\u00fan no ha terminado. Stellantis ya ha anunciado varios d\u00edas m\u00e1s de cierre, los d\u00edas 24, 25 y 26 de junio, coincidiendo con la festividad de San Juan, especialmente importante en Tur\u00edn. Tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 prevista una larga pausa estival en agosto. Oficialmente fijada en tres semanas, podr\u00eda incluso ampliarse a todo el mes, seg\u00fan varias fuentes sindicales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Otro signo revelador es que, contrariamente a lo previsto cuando se present\u00f3 el plan de recuperaci\u00f3n, los equipos de carrocer\u00eda no trabajan los s\u00e1bados. Para los representantes sindicales, estas decisiones demuestran que no se ha logrado el aumento prometido de los \u00edndices de producci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Los sindicatos aumentan su ira<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, Fiom Piemonte ha decidido volver al terreno de la protesta. El 15 de junio, el sindicato celebrar\u00e1 una concentraci\u00f3n frente a la sede de la Regi\u00f3n del Piamonte para interpelar a las instituciones locales sobre el futuro de la industria automovil\u00edstica turinesa. El mensaje es claro: el Fiat 500 h\u00edbrido no puede garantizar por s\u00ed solo el futuro de un emplazamiento tan importante como Mirafiori.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los representantes de los trabajadores exigen ahora compromisos concretos sobre la llegada de un segundo modelo, nuevas l\u00edneas de producci\u00f3n y nuevas inversiones. Esta exigencia coincide con las cr\u00edticas vertidas tras la presentaci\u00f3n por Antonio Filosa del plan global de Stellantis, en la que Mirafiori estuvo pr\u00e1cticamente ausente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para los sindicatos, el verdadero problema ya no es s\u00f3lo el Fiat 500 h\u00edbrido.
