Pero probablemente ni siquiera \u00e9l imaginaba que necesitar\u00eda varios meses, una bater\u00eda h\u00edbrida nueva de casi 20 000 \u20ac, decenas de horas de trabajo y, finalmente, la intervenci\u00f3n directa de Ferrari para volver a o\u00edr arrancar el V6 h\u00edbrido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un Ferrari que se niega obstinadamente a arrancar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde su llegada al Reino Unido, este Ferrari 296 GTB, reconstruido pieza a pieza, parec\u00eda condenado al silencio. De hecho, Ferrari ya hab\u00eda explicado desde el principio, cuando compr\u00f3 el coche, que era necesario volver a montar todos los componentes conectados a la red del veh\u00edculo antes de que fuera posible realizar un diagn\u00f3stico completo. Tras una primera negativa, la marca italiana acept\u00f3 finalmente examinar el veh\u00edculo, pero con una condici\u00f3n: el coche deb\u00eda estar completamente reacondicionado antes de entrar en la red oficial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ferrari descubre un primer error sorprendente<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una vez que el Ferrari lleg\u00f3 al concesionario, los t\u00e9cnicos empezaron por revisar la bater\u00eda h\u00edbrida. Llevaba meses sin cargarse correctamente. Mat hab\u00eda llegado incluso a comprar una bater\u00eda nueva para intentar resolver el problema. Sin embargo, la causa era mucho m\u00e1s sencilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\" src=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/ferrari-296-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-51278\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/ferrari-296-2.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/ferrari-296-2-420x280.jpg 420w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/ferrari-296-2-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/ferrari-296-2-18x12.jpg 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los t\u00e9cnicos descubrieron que el freno de estacionamiento electr\u00f3nico ya no estaba activado. Tras el accidente, se hab\u00eda desactivado para mover el coche y, posteriormente, no se hab\u00eda podido volver a activar por falta de alimentaci\u00f3n. Ahora bien, en el 296 GTB, el sistema exige que este freno est\u00e9 activado para permitir la recarga de la bater\u00eda h\u00edbrida. Se trata de una medida de seguridad destinada a evitar que un veh\u00edculo enchufado se desplace accidentalmente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un descubrimiento tan sencillo\u2026 como molesto para Mat Armstrong, que se da cuenta entonces de que quiz\u00e1 haya gastado miles de euros en una bater\u00eda nueva sin tenerla realmente necesaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El verdadero culpable se escond\u00eda ante sus propios ojos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por desgracia, incluso despu\u00e9s de restablecer la recarga de la bater\u00eda h\u00edbrida, el Ferrari sigue sin arrancar. Los t\u00e9cnicos de Ferrari contin\u00faan entonces con sus investigaciones. Examinan el sistema h\u00edbrido, las centralitas, los mazos de cables y los distintos m\u00f3dulos electr\u00f3nicos. Durante varios d\u00edas, ellos tambi\u00e9n se quedan perplejos ante esta aver\u00eda inusual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entonces se les encendi\u00f3 la bombilla. El equipo decidi\u00f3 probar un volante nuevo. En el Ferrari 296, el bot\u00f3n t\u00e1ctil de arranque\/parada est\u00e1 integrado directamente en el volante. Los t\u00e9cnicos descubren que la activaci\u00f3n del airbag durante el accidente hab\u00eda da\u00f1ado algunos componentes electr\u00f3nicos situados alrededor del bot\u00f3n de arranque. El volante de recambio que utilizaba Mat tambi\u00e9n proced\u00eda de un coche accidentado y presentaba exactamente el mismo defecto. Resultado: durante meses, nadie se hab\u00eda dado cuenta de que el problema se deb\u00eda simplemente al bot\u00f3n de arranque\/parada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Por fin, el sonido del V6 de Ferrari<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una vez identificado el problema, Ferrari lleva a cabo los \u00faltimos ajustes necesarios: purga del circuito de refrigeraci\u00f3n, purga del embrague y correcci\u00f3n de varios fallos electr\u00f3nicos. Y, por fin, llega el momento tan esperado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tras meses de espera, el Ferrari 296 GTB arranca por primera vez desde su accidente. El motor V6 biturbo h\u00edbrido vuelve a cobrar vida con un rugido especialmente impresionante gracias al sistema de escape modificado instalado por Mat Armstrong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\" src=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/296-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-51277\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/296-1.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/296-1-420x280.jpg 420w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/296-1-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/296-1-18x12.jpg 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La historia resulta a\u00fan m\u00e1s incre\u00edble si se tiene en cuenta que el problema que dej\u00f3 inmovilizado a este superdeportivo durante meses no fue ni el motor, ni la bater\u00eda h\u00edbrida, ni un complejo sistema electr\u00f3nico, sino simplemente un bot\u00f3n de arranque defectuoso integrado en el volante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El proyecto a\u00fan no ha finalizado<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sin embargo, la aventura est\u00e1 lejos de haber terminado. Este Ferrari 296 GTB, transformado con un kit de carrocer\u00eda inspirado en el 296 Challenge, sigue siendo un prototipo \u00fanico. A\u00fan son necesarios varios ajustes para garantizar la refrigeraci\u00f3n \u00f3ptima del sistema h\u00edbrido y ultimar algunos detalles electr\u00f3nicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pero lo importante es esto: tras meses de b\u00fasqueda, dudas y gastos, Ferrari finalmente accedi\u00f3 a ayudarle.
