Y \u00e9sta, sobre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/es\/ferrari\/\">Ferrari<\/a> y sus famosos botones t\u00e1ctiles, es un ejemplo perfecto. Aunque la marca italiana ha reconocido oficialmente que cometi\u00f3 un error al volver a los botones f\u00edsicos, no todo el mundo deb\u00eda decirlo... tan abiertamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cuando Ferrari admiti\u00f3 su error<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hace casi un a\u00f1o, Ferrari dio un importante cambio de rumbo. Tras introducir controles h\u00e1pticos en modelos como el Ferrari SF90 Stradale, el Ferrari 296 GTB y el Ferrari 12Cilindri, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/es\/ferrari\/ferrari-suprime-los-molestos-controles-tactiles-y-vuelve-a-los-botones-de-toda-la-vida\/\">la marca daba marcha atr\u00e1s<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La idea inicial parec\u00eda atractiva: modernizar la experiencia de conducci\u00f3n con superficies t\u00e1ctiles supuestamente intuitivas. En la realidad, sin embargo, no faltaron las cr\u00edticas. Activaciones involuntarias, falta de precisi\u00f3n, frustraci\u00f3n al volante... incluso Ferrari acab\u00f3 admitiendo que sus clientes no estaban convencidos. Con la llegada de nuevos modelos como el Ferrari Amalfi, el fabricante ha reintroducido los botones f\u00edsicos. Y lo que es mejor, se ha propuesto una soluci\u00f3n retrocompatible que permite a los propietarios de modelos recientes sustituir su interfaz t\u00e1ctil sin cambiar todo el volante. Pero a principios de 2026, un concesionario estadounidense decidi\u00f3 acelerar las cosas. Con sede en Atlanta, public\u00f3 un comunicado muy directo en Facebook e Instagram: los propietarios de Ferrari Purosangue o 12Cilindri ya pod\u00edan sustituir sus mandos t\u00e1ctiles por botones f\u00edsicos de los nuevos modelos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"495\" src=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/ferrari-daytona-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-48930\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/ferrari-daytona-1.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/ferrari-daytona-1-420x173.jpg 420w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/ferrari-daytona-1-768x317.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/ferrari-daytona-1-18x7.jpg 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El mensaje era claro, casi provocador para una marca como Ferrari: <strong>\u201cYa puedes sustituir tu sistema de botones h\u00e1pticos por el nuevo y mejorado sistema de botones f\u00edsicos\u201d.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta promesa iba acompa\u00f1ada de un tono entusiasta, casi comercial, que subrayaba lo que muchos piensan: s\u00ed, los botones f\u00edsicos son mejores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Una comunicaci\u00f3n borrada r\u00e1pidamente<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfEl detalle que lo cambia todo? Un mes despu\u00e9s, estas publicaciones simplemente desaparecieron. No hubo ninguna explicaci\u00f3n oficial ni por parte del concesionario ni de Ferrari. Pero es dif\u00edcil no ver esto como un reenfoque interno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"1028\" src=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/ferrari-daytona-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-48931\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/ferrari-daytona-2.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/ferrari-daytona-2-420x360.jpg 420w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/ferrari-daytona-2-768x658.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/ferrari-daytona-2-14x12.jpg 14w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El mensaje detr\u00e1s de esta iniciativa era delicado: reconocer p\u00fablicamente que un elemento clave de la interfaz de un Ferrari moderno, en modelos que cuestan varios cientos de miles de euros, pod\u00eda ser percibido como un fallo... y corregido a cambio de un pago. Es un hecho que Ferrari ha admitido en parte, pero siempre con una comunicaci\u00f3n controlada, centrada en la evoluci\u00f3n y en escuchar a los clientes, nunca en un \u201cerror\u201d flagrante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Entre la imagen de marca y la realidad del cliente<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ah\u00ed radica la ambig\u00fcedad. Ferrari sabe que sus clientes quieren botones f\u00edsicos. Los nuevos modelos lo demuestran, al igual que las declaraciones de sus directivos. Pero al mismo tiempo, la marca necesita preservar su imagen: la de un fabricante de vanguardia que no comete errores, o al menos nunca lo dice claramente. Este concesionario se limit\u00f3 a decir en voz alta lo que muchos ya pensaban.
