Detr\u00e1s de la ret\u00f3rica oficial sobre la transici\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica y la transformaci\u00f3n industrial, las cifras cuentan una historia mucho m\u00e1s matizada: la de un gigante que inicialmente prosper\u00f3... antes de tener que corregir bruscamente su rumbo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El a\u00f1o 2025 marca un punto de inflexi\u00f3n hist\u00f3rico, con una p\u00e9rdida neta de 22.300 millones de euros, debida en particular a los 25.400 millones de euros de gastos excepcionales para redefinir la estrategia del Grupo. Pero para entender este punto de inflexi\u00f3n, hay que remontarse a 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2021 - 2023: los a\u00f1os dorados<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras su creaci\u00f3n, Stellantis atraves\u00f3 una fase de rentabilidad excepcional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th>A\u00f1o<\/th><th>Ventas (M)<\/th><th>Ventas (miles de millones de euros)<\/th><th>Beneficios<\/th><th>Margen<\/th><th>Flujo de caja libre (miles de millones de euros)<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>2021<\/td><td>6,5<\/td><td>152<\/td><td>14,2<\/td><td>11,8%<\/td><td>6,1<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>2022<\/td><td>5,8<\/td><td>179,5<\/td><td>16,7<\/td><td>13%<\/td><td>10,8<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>2023<\/td><td>6,2<\/td><td>189,5<\/td><td>18,6<\/td><td>12,8%<\/td><td>12,9<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>En s\u00f3lo tres a\u00f1os, el Grupo ha aumentado sus ventas en casi 40.000 millones de euros, sus beneficios en m\u00e1s de 4.000 millones y, sobre todo, su generaci\u00f3n de caja, que alcanzar\u00e1 casi 13.000 millones en 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos resultados se basan en una estrategia sencilla: una estricta disciplina de costes, una evoluci\u00f3n ascendente de los productos (y los precios) y la b\u00fasqueda de la rentabilidad m\u00e1s que de los vol\u00famenes. Stellantis se convirti\u00f3 en uno de los fabricantes m\u00e1s rentables del mundo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2024: la ruptura<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El a\u00f1o 2024 marca el inicio del cambio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th>A\u00f1o<\/th><th>Ventas (M)<\/th><th>Ventas (miles de millones de euros)<\/th><th>Beneficios<\/th><th>Margen<\/th><th>Flujo de caja libre (miles de millones de euros)<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>2024<\/td><td>5,4<\/td><td>156<\/td><td>5,5<\/td><td>5,5%<\/td><td>-6<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Las ventas caer\u00e1n m\u00e1s de 30.000 millones de euros con respecto a 2023. Los beneficios se triplicar\u00e1n con creces. Sobre todo, el flujo de caja libre ser\u00e1 negativo. Las razones son m\u00faltiples: ralentizaci\u00f3n del mercado, presi\u00f3n sobre los precios, transici\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica m\u00e1s costosa de lo previsto y dificultades con algunos productos. El modelo ultra rentable est\u00e1 mostrando sus l\u00edmites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2025: el a\u00f1o del shock<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Con unas ventas de 153.500 millones de euros (-2 1T3T), un margen operativo negativo de -0,5 1T3T, y un flujo de caja libre a\u00fan negativo de 4.500 millones de euros, Stellantis est\u00e1 oficialmente en n\u00fameros rojos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th>A\u00f1o<\/th><th>Ventas (M)<\/th><th>Ventas (miles de millones de euros)<\/th><th>Beneficios<\/th><th>Margen<\/th><th>Flujo de caja libre (miles de millones de euros)<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>2025<\/td><td>5,5<\/td><td>153<\/td><td>-22<\/td><td>-0,5%<\/td><td>-4,5<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta p\u00e9rdida masiva no es s\u00f3lo el resultado de un mal a\u00f1o comercial. Es el resultado de una elecci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica: la trayectoria del Grupo debe revisarse radicalmente. Stellantis habla ahora de un \u00abreset\u00bb destinado a corregir la sobreestimaci\u00f3n del ritmo de transici\u00f3n al veh\u00edculo el\u00e9ctrico, las opciones de producto, ciertas hip\u00f3tesis de garant\u00eda y calidad, y la organizaci\u00f3n industrial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rendimiento del crecimiento... a final de a\u00f1o<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A pesar de este panorama generalmente negativo, el segundo semestre de 2025 fue alentador. Las ventas aumentaron en 10 % durante el periodo. Los vol\u00famenes vuelven a aumentar, con un incremento de la facturaci\u00f3n de 11 % en el segundo semestre, incluida una notable mejora en Norteam\u00e9rica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el conjunto del a\u00f1o, Stellantis entreg\u00f3 5,48 millones de veh\u00edculos, cifra ligeramente superior a la de 2024. El flujo de caja libre negativo del segundo semestre se redujo a la mitad con respecto al primero. El margen ha pasado de 16,4 % en 2022 a -3,1 % en 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sudam\u00e9rica: una agradable sorpresa<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th>A\u00f1o<\/th><th>Ventas (M)<\/th><th>Ingresos (miles de millones de euros)<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>2021<\/td><td>0,8<\/td><td>10<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>2025<\/td><td>1<\/td><td>16,2<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El crecimiento estar\u00e1 impulsado por Brasil y Argentina. El margen caer\u00e1 de 13,1 % en 2022 a 12,1 % en 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Menos efectivo, menos dividendos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El cambio de ciclo tambi\u00e9n se observa en la remuneraci\u00f3n de los accionistas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th>A\u00f1o<\/th><th>Dividendos (miles de millones de euros)<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>2022<\/td><td>3,3<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>2023<\/td><td>4,2<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>2024<\/td><td>4,6<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>2025<\/td><td>0<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfrentada a 46.000 millones de euros de liquidez disponible a finales de 2025, pero con una generaci\u00f3n de tesorer\u00eda insuficiente, Stellantis suspende el pago del dividendo de 2026, frente al de 2025. Una decisi\u00f3n contundente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2026: reconstrucci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El Grupo aspira ahora a un crecimiento moderado de las ventas, a recuperar un margen de explotaci\u00f3n positivo y a volver gradualmente a generar tesorer\u00eda. El objetivo es claro: volver a un flujo de caja libre positivo en 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre 2021 y 2023, Stellantis demostr\u00f3 una rentabilidad excepcional. Pero este rendimiento se bas\u00f3 en parte en un modelo dif\u00edcil de mantener a largo plazo. 2024 marca el inicio de una desaceleraci\u00f3n. 2025 marca el inicio de un replanteamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con este \u00abreinicio\u00bb, Stellantis reconoce impl\u00edcitamente que la transformaci\u00f3n hacia la energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica, la digitalizaci\u00f3n y la globalizaci\u00f3n no puede lograrse sin grandes ajustes.
