Seg\u00fan las cifras publicadas por el sindicato FIM-CISL, el grupo produjo 265.490 veh\u00edculos en el tercer trimestre de 2025, lo que supone una ca\u00edda de 31,5 % con respecto al mismo periodo del a\u00f1o anterior. Esta situaci\u00f3n es considerada \"dram\u00e1tica\" por el sindicato, que apunta a una profunda crisis industrial que afecta a todas las plantas italianas del grupo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2025 peor que 2024<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si 2024 ya se hab\u00eda descrito como un a\u00f1o dif\u00edcil, 2025 se presenta a\u00fan m\u00e1s sombr\u00edo. En los nueve primeros meses, Stellantis produjo 151.430 turismos (-36,3 1T3) y 114.060 veh\u00edculos comerciales (-23,9 1T3). A este ritmo, el a\u00f1o deber\u00eda terminar con unas 310.000 unidades, un tercio menos que los ya bajos vol\u00famenes de 2024. Pero tambi\u00e9n en este caso la tendencia es negativa: -35 % con respecto a 2024. El Fiat Panda resisti\u00f3 con 79.000 unidades (-29 %), pero el Tonale se desplom\u00f3 a 7.930 unidades (-41 %) y el Dodge Hornet a s\u00f3lo 1.360 unidades (-90 %).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La planta se est\u00e1 ralentizando, con varias decenas de d\u00edas de jornada reducida. El Jeep Compass y el Renegade representan el grueso de la producci\u00f3n, aunque con un descenso de 39 %. S\u00f3lo el DS8 acaba de lanzarse, mientras esperamos el Compass h\u00edbrido a finales de 2025 y el Lancia Gamma en 2026. La FIM-CISL se congratula de la incorporaci\u00f3n de versiones h\u00edbridas a varios modelos inicialmente previstos como 100 % el\u00e9ctricos, ya que considera que es \"vital para el empleo ante la debilidad de la demanda de coches el\u00e9ctricos\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Atessa: el peso pesado de los veh\u00edculos industriales<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, Atessa, que produce las furgonetas Fiat Ducato, Peugeot Boxer, Citro\u00ebn Jumper, Opel Movano y Toyota Proace Max, registr\u00f3 114.060 unidades (-23,9 %). Est\u00e1n en peligro casi 1.800 puestos de trabajo. Para compensar, Stellantis promete la producci\u00f3n de la nueva caja de cambios eDCT a partir de 2026, pero esto no basta para garantizar el futuro del emplazamiento, ya que ocupar\u00eda entre 250 y 300 puestos de trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Una reuni\u00f3n muy esperada con el nuevo Director General<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El 20 de octubre de 2025, los sindicatos se reunir\u00e1n por primera vez en Tur\u00edn con el nuevo Director General Antonio Filosa.
