El 288 GTO tambi\u00e9n marc\u00f3 un hito en la historia del Cavallino Rampante, ya que, tras el 208 GTS, que hab\u00eda inaugurado la turboalimentaci\u00f3n en la gama en 1982, fue el primer supercoche turboalimentado. El motor 2.9 V8 con doble turbocompresor desataba 400 CV y 496 Nm en las ruedas traseras, una cifra que en su momento dej\u00f3 sin aliento a m\u00e1s de uno. Aunque la producci\u00f3n inicial se fij\u00f3 en 200 unidades, el \u00e9xito del modelo llev\u00f3 a Ferrari a aumentar la producci\u00f3n a 272 unidades. Desgraciadamente, el Grupo B se detuvo prematuramente al final de la temporada de 1986 tras el fatal accidente de Henri Toivonen. El GTO Evoluzione sigui\u00f3 siendo un prototipo, pero sirvi\u00f3 de base para el F40, presentado en 1987.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El alma de un genio se cierne sobre este Maggiore<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 tienen en com\u00fan los dos iconos? Fueron dise\u00f1ados por el ingeniero Nicola Materazzi, fallecido en 2022 tras una larga enfermedad. A pesar de su enfermedad, Materazzi colabor\u00f3 en un proyecto final, un \"restomod\" dirigido por Automobili Maggiore. El 288 GTO renaci\u00f3 de sus cenizas como el Maggiore GranTurismo. No se trata de una r\u00e9plica, ya que se utiliza un 308 donante. Esto es particularmente evidente en la c\u00e9lula central, que conserva sus proporciones originales. El chasis, por su parte, ha sido sometido a un completo proceso de restauraci\u00f3n y refuerzo para soportar la potencia extra, por no mencionar la instalaci\u00f3n de frenos Brembo y suspensi\u00f3n de aluminio de calidad aeron\u00e1utica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/maggiore-gran-turismo-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-41754\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/maggiore-gran-turismo-2.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/maggiore-gran-turismo-2-420x236.jpg 420w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/maggiore-gran-turismo-2-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/maggiore-gran-turismo-2-18x10.jpg 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a1Qu\u00e9 cara!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La carrocer\u00eda, realizada \u00edntegramente en fibra de carbono, mezcla aspectos vintage y modernos, coqueteando con los l\u00edmites del restomod. Casi se podr\u00eda caer en la trampa de una creaci\u00f3n Icona. La Maggiore conserva su silueta musculosa, sobre todo vista de frente, con unas v\u00edas m\u00e1s anchas que le confieren una silueta a\u00fan m\u00e1s intimidante y bestial. Las tomas de aire se han ensanchado, mientras que los t\u00edpicos faros escamoteables se han actualizado con una tira de LED. Las llantas de aleaci\u00f3n de 18 pulgadas mantienen el estilo de estrella de los cap\u00f3s originales. Se han a\u00f1adido tomas de aire adicionales y \"branquias\" en los laterales. El spoiler delantero, con sus aletas laterales y m\u00faltiples aberturas, delata la modernidad del trabajo aerodin\u00e1mico. El estilo se ha vuelto m\u00e1s fluido y refinado, acerc\u00e1ndose a los est\u00e1ndares aerodin\u00e1micos y estil\u00edsticos actuales de la producci\u00f3n Ferrari. As\u00ed, el Maggiore tiene unos laterales m\u00e1s profundos, acentuados por la mayor anchura de las v\u00edas. El fabricante habla incluso de curvas de \"botella de Coca-Cola\", que recuerdan a los monoplazas Ferrari dise\u00f1ados por John Barnard a finales de los a\u00f1os 80, especialmente el 640 y el 641. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\" src=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/maggiore-granturismo-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-41756\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/maggiore-granturismo-4.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/maggiore-granturismo-4-420x280.jpg 420w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/maggiore-granturismo-4-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/maggiore-granturismo-4-18x12.jpg 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Los dise\u00f1adores hablan de \"pilotos traseros instalados como en peque\u00f1os volcanes que est\u00e1n como cortados en dos por una tira de material brillante, que recuerda los conceptos de las producciones m\u00e1s recientes de Maranello\". De hecho, la zaga recuerda m\u00e1s al F8 Tributo o al SF90 Stradale. En las aletas traseras y en el cap\u00f3 hay tres rejillas de ventilaci\u00f3n, con una secci\u00f3n acristalada que deja ver el motor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\" src=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/maggiore-granturismo-7.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-41757\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/maggiore-granturismo-7.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/maggiore-granturismo-7-420x280.jpg 420w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/maggiore-granturismo-7-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/maggiore-granturismo-7-18x12.jpg 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un V8 turbo m\u00e1s potente<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La cadena cinem\u00e1tica respeta el original: como en el 288 GTO, el motor es un V8 biturbo de 2,9 litros, pero con numerosas modificaciones y correcciones. Maggiore se refiere a especificaciones de tipo \"GT3\" y sistemas derivados de la F1: el motor se ha modificado de arriba abajo, y s\u00f3lo el c\u00e1rter permanece original. El V8 incorpora nuevos turbocompresores secuenciales que eliminan el lag del turbo, un nuevo sistema de admisi\u00f3n y lubricaci\u00f3n por c\u00e1rter seco y un intercooler en el colector de admisi\u00f3n para reducir el lag. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se trata de un motor 30% m\u00e1s compacto que el original. Como resultado, el motor podr\u00eda instalarse longitudinalmente, a diferencia de la disposici\u00f3n transversal del V8 del 288 en la d\u00e9cada de 1980. Se dice que el V8 es capaz de desarrollar m\u00e1s de 600 CV, casi tanto como los 650 CV del GTO Evoluzione. Por \u00faltimo, se respeta el alma de los puristas con la adopci\u00f3n de una caja de cambios manual de 6 velocidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se han previsto 19 ejemplares, con diversas opciones de personalizaci\u00f3n, por supuesto.
