En <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/es\/stellantis\/stellantis-suspende-6-plantas-europeas-incluidas-las-de-fiat-panda-alfa-romeo-tonale-y-alfa-romeo-junior\/\">Stellantis intensifica los paros temporales en sus plantas europeas<\/a>Serbia es una excepci\u00f3n. En Kragujevac, la planta donde se produce el nuevo Grande Panda, el grupo dirigido por Antonio Filosa acelera y se prepara para volver a la plena capacidad de producci\u00f3n. Y lo hace gracias a una receta cuando menos parad\u00f3jica: la incorporaci\u00f3n de trabajadores italianos... y sobre todo la llegada masiva de trabajadores marroqu\u00edes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">300 trabajadores marroqu\u00edes iniciar\u00e1n un trabajo nocturno<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan Milano Finanza, a finales de septiembre o principios de octubre llegar\u00e1n unos 200 nuevos trabajadores marroqu\u00edes, que se sumar\u00e1n a los 100 ya contratados a finales de agosto. En total, 300 trabajadores marroqu\u00edes reforzar\u00e1n las l\u00edneas de Grande Panda. Su papel es crucial: permitir la introducci\u00f3n del trabajo nocturno a partir de la primera semana de octubre y poner as\u00ed la planta a pleno rendimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La mano de obra local no ha estado a la altura de las expectativas. Con un salario propuesto de unos 600 euros al mes, Stellantis no ha conseguido atraer a suficientes trabajadores serbios, muchos de los cuales prefieren buscar en otra parte. As\u00ed que fue al extranjero adonde se dirigi\u00f3 el grupo, encontrando en Marruecos una soluci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida y asequible para aumentar su mano de obra. Aunque localmente los serbios siguen siendo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/es\/fiat\/produccion-de-fiat-grande-panda-muchos-serbios-muy-hostiles-a-la-llegada-de-trabajadores-extranjeros\/\">hostiles a la llegada de trabajadores extranjeros<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Apoyo italiano<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Los marroqu\u00edes no est\u00e1n solos. Unos 150 trabajadores italianos tambi\u00e9n participan en la aventura. Procedentes de Pomigliano d'Arco (80), Melfi (50) y Atessa (15), han sido enviados a Serbia para formar y supervisar a los nuevos reclutas. Su papel es fundamental para garantizar el aumento del ritmo de producci\u00f3n y asegurar la calidad en las l\u00edneas de producci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dos equipos producen ya unos 350 coches al d\u00eda. Con la llegada del tercer turno de noche, Stellantis espera aumentar a\u00fan m\u00e1s el ritmo y estabilizar la producci\u00f3n de un modelo estrat\u00e9gico para Fiat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Serbia acelera, Europa se detiene<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El contraste es sorprendente. Mientras Serbia se prepara (por fin) para funcionar a pleno rendimiento, en el resto de Europa, Stellantis est\u00e1 aflojando el ritmo. En Pomigliano d'Arco, el Fiat Panda estar\u00e1 parado una semana, mientras que la l\u00ednea Alfa Romeo Tonale har\u00e1 una pausa de dos semanas. En Poissy, 2.000 empleados tendr\u00e1n jornada reducida entre el 13 de octubre y el 3 de noviembre. En Madrid, tambi\u00e9n se han anunciado 14 d\u00edas de jornada reducida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas medidas, explica Stellantis, tienen por objeto adaptar la producci\u00f3n a un mercado europeo dif\u00edcil y regular las existencias a finales de a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El Grande Panda: un modelo clave para Fiat<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El Grande Panda est\u00e1 llamado a convertirse en un pilar de la gama Fiat, con versiones h\u00edbridas y el\u00e9ctricas, pero tambi\u00e9n con <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/es\/fiat\/el-fiat-grande-panda-por-menos-de-15-000-euros-por-fin-esta-disponible-pero-de-momento-no-habra-para-todos-los-gustos\/\">nueva versi\u00f3n de gasolina sin electrificaci\u00f3n<\/a>.
