Pero en realidad, este sue\u00f1o puede convertirse r\u00e1pidamente en una pesadilla. Eso es exactamente lo que le pas\u00f3 a Ratarossa, un YouTuber brit\u00e1nico apasionado de los coches italianos, que pens\u00f3 en devolver a la vida un 308 GTSi olvidado hace tiempo. <strong>El resultado: humo, mucho humo... y una factura abultada.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un proyecto de bricolaje se esfuma... literalmente<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Todo empez\u00f3 muy bien. Encontrado en estado de abandono, este 308 era una base prometedora para un proyecto de restauraci\u00f3n. Entusiasta, Ratarossa document\u00f3 cada etapa en su canal de YouTube: desmontaje, limpieza, inspecci\u00f3n... hasta el fat\u00eddico momento en que el motor empez\u00f3 a escupir humo negro en cantidades preocupantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\" src=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/ferrari-308-gts-fumee.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-40369\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/ferrari-308-gts-fumee.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/ferrari-308-gts-fumee-420x280.jpg 420w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/ferrari-308-gts-fumee-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/ferrari-308-gts-fumee-18x12.jpg 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lo que en principio parec\u00eda un problema menor result\u00f3 ser mucho m\u00e1s grave.<\/strong> Tras desmontar el motor, el examen de los cilindros revel\u00f3 p\u00e9rdidas de compresi\u00f3n de hasta 20 %, cuando la tolerancia aceptable es de unos 5 %. En el interior, se hab\u00edan formado charcos de aceite en varias c\u00e1maras. Diagn\u00f3stico: segmentos cansados, desgaste de los cilindros, estanqueidad comprometida. En resumen, un motor que necesita una revisi\u00f3n completa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Los expertos toman el relevo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dada la magnitud de los da\u00f1os, Ratarossa no tuvo m\u00e1s remedio que llamar a los especialistas. El equipo de RE Performance, conocido por su trabajo en sistemas mec\u00e1nicos complejos, se hizo cargo del Ferrari V8. Su veredicto fue claro: hab\u00eda que desmontar completamente el motor, revisarlo y reconstruirlo seg\u00fan las reglas del oficio. Y aqu\u00ed tambi\u00e9n se sucedieron las sorpresas: abolladuras, pintura descolorida, adici\u00f3n de luces laterales para la homologaci\u00f3n estadounidense, agujeros mal rellenados... Para recuperar la finura de las l\u00edneas europeas originales, la carrocer\u00eda tuvo que ser soldada, masillada, repintada y pulida.
