Hist\u00f3ricamente es conocida por producir motores, en particular los GSE 1.0L, 1.5L, 2.0L GME y 3.0L V6 Nettuno. Sin embargo, el futuro de esta planta parece incierto, debido a la evoluci\u00f3n del mercado automovil\u00edstico y a los cambios estrat\u00e9gicos dentro del Grupo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El proyecto ACC: \u00bfun futuro incierto para las pilas?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La f\u00e1brica de Termoli iba a transformarse en una planta de producci\u00f3n de bater\u00edas gracias al proyecto ACC (Automotive Cells Company).<\/strong> Este proyecto, que formaba parte del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/es\/stellantis\/\">Stellantis<\/a> para reforzar su cartera de veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos, parec\u00eda prometedor. Sin embargo, las previsiones de ventas de veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos se consideraron demasiado bajas, lo que llev\u00f3 al Grupo a replantearse esta ambici\u00f3n. El proyecto de bater\u00edas <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/es\/stellantis\/stellantis-malas-noticias-para-las-fabricas-alemanas-de-baterias-de-kaiserslautern-y-termoli-en-italia\/\">parece haber sido abandonado por el momento<\/a>Se espera que ACC haga una declaraci\u00f3n oficial sobre la situaci\u00f3n en el primer semestre de 2025. Este retraso supone una presi\u00f3n adicional para la planta de Termoli, que ya se enfrenta a los retos de la reconversi\u00f3n industrial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cajas de cambios eDCT: una nueva direcci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A la espera de que se resuelva el problema de las pilas, Stellantis ha tomado la siguiente decisi\u00f3n <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/es\/stellantis\/la-planta-de-stellantis-termoli-producira-finalmente-la-bateria-de-transmisiones-gigafactory-acc-abandonada\/\">a\u00f1adir la producci\u00f3n de cajas de cambios eDCT<\/a> en la planta de Termoli. Parece una decisi\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica, ya que el creciente volumen de coches h\u00edbridos exigir\u00e1 cajas de cambios m\u00e1s adaptadas. Sin embargo, es probable que esta nueva actividad no sea suficiente para ocupar toda la capacidad de producci\u00f3n de la planta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eliminaci\u00f3n progresiva de los motores de combusti\u00f3n interna<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Otro factor que pesa sobre el futuro de la planta es el pr\u00f3ximo fin de la producci\u00f3n de motores de combusti\u00f3n interna. Alfa Romeo ha anunciado <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/es\/alfa-romeo\/alfa-romeo-giulia-y-stelvio-es-casi-el-final\/\">la retirada de los modelos Giulia y Stevlio con motores 2.0L GME y V6<\/a>. El Alfa Romeo Tonale, equipado actualmente con el motor 1.5L MHEV, se renovar\u00e1 en 2027, y es muy probable que este motor deje de utilizarse para entonces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, las ventas de Maserati, tambi\u00e9n equipados con motores V6, caen a\u00f1o tras a\u00f1o. Estas tendencias muestran claramente que la planta de Termoli parece haber terminado con los motores de combusti\u00f3n. Hasta la fecha, no hay indicios de que Stellantis quiera invertir y desarrollar los motores GSE, GME y V6 producidos en esta planta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El futuro de la planta: \u00bfqu\u00e9 soluciones son necesarias para garantizar su futuro a largo plazo?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre 2025 y 2030, la planta de Termoli seguir\u00e1 teniendo vol\u00famenes de producci\u00f3n que cumplir, en particular para <strong>el Fiat 500 h\u00edbrido y el Fiat Panda h\u00edbrido, que requerir\u00e1n motores GSE 1.0L de 70 CV.<\/strong> Pero, \u00bfes esto suficiente para garantizar el futuro de la planta? Los sindicatos, y en particular FIM-CISL, ya han subrayado la importancia de la asignaci\u00f3n de nuevos motores y la confirmaci\u00f3n de la producci\u00f3n de bater\u00edas en Termoli. Mantener a los 2.000 empleados directos e indirectos que dependen directamente de la planta es una prioridad si queremos garantizar su futuro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proyecto ACC, con sus ambiciosos objetivos, parec\u00eda una soluci\u00f3n de reconversi\u00f3n ideal para la planta, pero de momento no lo es,<strong> sigue dependiendo del \u00e9xito de la primera planta francesa,<\/strong> que ya tiene problemas de rentabilidad.
