Inicialmente bautizado como \"Milano\", en homenaje a la ciudad natal de la marca, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/es\/alfa-romeo\/lalfa-romeo-milano-oficial-cambia-su-nombre-por-el-de-junior\/\">el nombre del veh\u00edculo se cambi\u00f3 r\u00e1pidamente a \"Junior\".<\/a>. Hubo razones muy concretas para este cambio inesperado, como explica Jean Philippe Imparato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El nombre \"Milano\" ha causado controversia, entre otras cosas porque el veh\u00edculo se fabrica en Polonia y no en Italia. La pol\u00e9mica alcanz\u00f3 tales proporciones que personalidades pol\u00edticas, entre ellas el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/es\/alfa-romeo\/alfa-romeo-milano-el-nombre-no-le-gusta-al-ministro-de-made-in-italy\/\">Interviene el ministro Adolfo Urso,<\/a> sugiriendo que <strong>el nombre podr\u00eda incluso considerarse ilegal <\/strong>por la posible confusi\u00f3n que podr\u00eda crear entre los consumidores. Imparato, con tres d\u00e9cadas de experiencia en el sector del autom\u00f3vil, no tard\u00f3 en evaluar los riesgos: <strong>\"Entrar en conflicto con el mundo pol\u00edtico significa perder autom\u00e1ticamente 50% de nuestros clientes\".<\/strong>confi\u00f3 en una entrevista a Sky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La decisi\u00f3n de cambiar nuestro nombre no fue f\u00e1cil, pero era una necesidad para <strong>preservar la imagen de la marca y evitar la erosi\u00f3n de su clientela<\/strong>. Imparato se\u00f1ala que, aunque no cre\u00eda que el nombre \"Milano\" infringiera la ley, opt\u00f3 por sustituirlo para<strong> poner fin a toda controversia.<\/strong> \"Hab\u00edamos planeado al menos 50 nombres alternativos para este modelo y, al final, la cuesti\u00f3n del nombre no es tan crucial\", afirma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Director General conf\u00eda en que se calmen los \u00e1nimos y cree que <strong>es probable que la pol\u00e9mica se olvide en una semana.<\/strong> Sin embargo, descarta categ\u00f3ricamente la posibilidad de repatriar la producci\u00f3n a Italia, ya que ninguno de los centros de producci\u00f3n italianos es actualmente capaz de fabricar veh\u00edculos sobre la plataforma CMP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alfa Romeo tiene previsto lanzar una serie de nuevos modelos en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os, incluidas nuevas versiones del<strong> los Alfa Romeo Giulia y Stelvio, que se fabricar\u00e1n en Cassino, Italia,<\/strong> en la plataforma STLA Large.
