And his latest creation is beginning to make a name for itself among alfists. The idea? Transform a simple 280 hp Giulia 2.0 Q4 into a true sports sedan capable, according to him, of competing with BMW M340i xDrive, Audi S4 and Mercedes-AMG C43.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Giulia with over 200,000 km on the clock<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The car used for this preparation is not a new model carefully preserved in a garage. It's an Alfa Romeo Giulia with over 130,000 miles, or around 210,000 km, with original engine and gearbox. The tuner explains that he has already modified the car several times: intake, downpipe, sport exhaust, suspension, engine and gearbox reprogramming... but according to him, no change has transformed the car as much as the installation of the \u00abMuch Boost 430\u00bb hybrid turbo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This large turbo, developed to support up to 430 hp, is associated with a specific mapping created with PW Performance. The claimed result is already impressive with simple 93-octane American fuel: between 360 and 380 engine hp depending on the configuration, or even more with ethanol. In his videos, the American insists on one point: contrary to popular belief, installing a bigger turbo hasn't made the Giulia any rougher or less pleasant to drive. Quite the opposite, in fact. According to him, the car is now more responsive, smoother and more progressive than with the original turbo. He even claims that cold starts, which used to be temperamental in German winters, have become more reliable with the new configuration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In \u201cN\u201d mode, the sedan remains discreet and comfortable. But once \u201cD\u201d or Race mode is activated, the tone changes immediately. The sound of the valved exhaust, violent acceleration, muscular acceleration: the Giulia 2.0 becomes a true sports car.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
