In Monaco, some cars attract more attention than others. And when a two-time Formula 1<\/a> appears at the wheel of an almost unobtainable model, the video immediately goes viral. In recent days, Fernando Alonso<\/a> was spotted on the streets of the Principality at the wheel of a Pagani Zonda<\/a> Roadster Diamante Verde, a unique Italian hypercar estimated at around 10 million euros. An appearance that once again confirms that the Aston Martin driver probably owns one of the most spectacular garages in the paddock.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The video, widely shared on social networks, shows the Spaniard driving around Monaco in this very special Zonda, instantly recognizable by its carbon-fiber bodywork tinted with green highlights. An almost unreal car, whose mere presence on the street is enough to create a crowd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A unique Pagani<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

At Pagani<\/a>, Exclusivity is part of the brand's DNA. But the Zonda Roadster Diamante Verde takes the concept of the unique model even further. This version belongs to the highly exclusive Zonda 760 family, the ultimate evolution of the legendary Italian supercar launched in the early 2000s. While many thought the Zonda's career had long since come to an end, Pagani continued to produce ultra-exclusive examples for a select few collectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Diamante Verde is probably one of the most extravagant. Its all-carbon-fibre bodywork features emerald-green inlays that give it an almost sparkling appearance under the Monegasque sun. Green accents also appear on the air intakes, body contours and rims, while the huge rear spoiler is immediately reminiscent of the most radical Zonda models.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The interior remains true to the Pagani spirit: black leather, Alcantara, exposed carbon and green stitching. Every detail seems to have been thought out like a piece of Italian watchmaking. A special plaque reminds us that this is a one-off model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beneath its spectacular bodywork, the Zonda Diamante Verde uses the famous 7.3-liter AMG V12 engine developing 760 hp and 780 Nm of torque. Performance remains impressive, even in the face of modern hypercars: less than 3 seconds from 0 to 100 km\/h, less than 9 seconds to 200 km\/h and a top speed approaching 360 km\/h. But beyond the figures, it's above all the sound of the V12 that makes this Pagani so famous. And in the tunnels of Monaco, it's hard to imagine a better playground for such an engine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The example seen with Fernando Alonso would have less than 700 kilometers on the odometer. In other words, a virtually new collector's item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For several months now, Fernando Alonso has been making frequent appearances in the streets of Monaco at the wheel of exceptional cars. After his Ferrari F40<\/a>, his Ferrari LaFerrari<\/a> estimated at around $4 million, or even his Lamborghini Si\u00e1n FKP 37<\/a> At nearly 3 million euros, this Pagani Zonda Diamante Verde further reinforces the image of a collector with a passion for the most exclusive Italian automobiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The contrast remains as delicious as ever: officially an Aston Martin Formula 1 driver, Alonso nevertheless seems to have a genuine fascination for Italian manufacturers when it comes to his personal cars. Ferrari already occupies an important place in his garage, but this Zonda shows that he also appreciates the much more confidential creations from Modena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And unlike some modern hypercars produced in hundreds of examples, the Zonda Diamante Verde is in an even different category, since only one exists in the world in this configuration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
