The Apollo Evo has just revealed a new detail at the rear, where the mechanics become almost organic. Its exhaust system doesn't just evacuate the burning gases of a Ferrari V12: it displays itself like a living sculpture, a tangle of tubes that immediately evokes a snake... or rather a dragon. And with good reason: it's not a simple assembly of pipes. It's probably one of the most fascinating exhaust systems ever conceived for a hypercar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3D-printed exhaust system<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Apollo hasn't just optimized a conventional exhaust system. The German brand has chosen to push the boundaries by designing the largest 3D-printed monoblock exhaust system ever produced. Made from aerospace-grade titanium alloy, the assembly is manufactured in a single piece, with no visible joins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It takes around 123 hours of printing to create this complex structure. The result is spectacular. The tubes intertwine with an almost natural fluidity, as if shaped by an organic force rather than an engineer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What immediately catches the eye is its distinctive texture. Apollo calls it \u201cDragon Skin\u201d, a dragon skin that covers the exhaust ducts. Each tube is adorned with a finely sculpted scale pattern, giving the whole a biomechanical appearance. The exhaust seems alive, almost eerie, like a creature ready to come to life under the effect of heat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
