In the already exclusive world of Lamborghini Diablo<\/a> SE30, some configurations push the limits of rarity even further. This is precisely the case with this unique model, recently unveiled in a Miami showroom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A single color... or almost<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

At first glance, this Diablo SE30 immediately catches the eye with its intense green \u201cVerde Special\u201d hue. A color that doesn't even appear clearly in the Italian brand's official catalogs, proof of its unusual character.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Research into the manufacturer's archives confirms what few collectors knew: only two examples of the Diablo SE30 were ever produced in this shade, known internally as \u201cVerde Roadster\u201d. But the one presented here takes exclusivity a step further. Unlike the other model, it has a two-tone interior combining green Alcantara and black inserts, while its \u201ctwin\u201d has an all-green interior. In other words, this car is literally unique in the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Its origins linked to a prototype<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The history of this color dates back to the early 1990s. The famous green used here is said to be directly inspired by the Diablo roadster prototype presented in 1992. At the time, Lamborghini<\/a> was already experimenting with daring configurations, long before the advent of modern personalization programs. It was only a few years later, with the beginnings of the personalization program (forerunner of today's Ad Personam), that selected customers were able to order cars that were totally out of the catalog. This Diablo is one of those extremely rare special orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A European story... and a Japanese double<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This model was delivered new to the Netherlands, after being configured by a particularly daring customer. It then spent many years between the Netherlands and Belgium, far from the spotlight. Its unique \u201ctwin\u201d followed a very different destiny. Initially delivered to Bologna, it soon made its way to Japan... where it remains today, more than 30 years later. A longevity that further enhances the mystery and historical value of these two models.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beyond its color, this SE30 stands out for several unusual details. These include an integrated fire extinguishing system, a rare option on this model, and a number of special interior features never seen on any other SE30. Even trivial details, such as the design of the ashtray or certain interior layouts, differ from standard versions. All of which confirms that this is not simply an aesthetic variation, but a truly bespoke order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A rediscovered collector's item<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
