At Pagani Automobili<\/a>Every important anniversary is an excuse to push back the limits of exclusivity. To celebrate the 70th birthday of its founder, Horacio Pagani, the Italian brand unveils an extraordinary creation: the Huayra 70 Trionfo, a hypercar produced in just three examples, conceived as a living tribute to the man who shaped the most fascinating hypercars of the modern era.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Personal tribute to Horacio Pagani<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Born in Argentina, long rejected before establishing himself as an automotive genius, Horacio Pagani built a legend on his obsession with detail and perfection of craftsmanship. From the Zonda<\/a> to theUtopia<\/a>including, of course, the Huayra<\/a>Every Pagani model bears the imprint of this almost obsessive vision. For its 70th anniversary, the brand didn't settle for a simple anniversary badge. It has imagined a totally reinterpreted Huayra, developed by the company's most elitist division: Grandi Complicazioni. A name that perfectly sums up the philosophy behind this unique creation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Although it's based on the Pagani Huayra, of which nearly 200 were produced between 2011 and 2018, the Huayra 70 Trionfo is a radical departure. According to Pagani, only the opening panels and window frames have been retained. Everything else has been redesigned to create an entirely new silhouette. The most striking change is at the front. Gone is the four-lens signature that gave the Huayra its visual identity. The Trionfo adopts a fresh look, with single headlamps and vertical daytime running lights, offering a more aggressive and contemporary expression. At the rear, the work is just as spectacular: the bumper, extractor and diffuser have been redesigned to showcase what Pagani calls its \"naked mechanics\", a veritable functional sculpture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first Trionfo to be delivered features green-tinted carbon bodywork, enhanced by numerous orange accents. The hood, air intakes, side skirts, rocker panels, roof and rear end all feature these contrasting accents, reinforcing the car's almost experimental character. The gooseneck rear spoiler, with its special brackets and end plates, completes an already radical silhouette. Every surface seems to have been designed like a piece of jewelry, combining anodized aluminum, exposed carbon and surgically sculpted lines. Pagani is deliberately discreet about the interior of the Huayra 70 Trionfo. The brand simply refers to an immersion in a \"symphony of the finest leathers and textures\". <\/p>\n\n\n\n

An even more expressive AMG V12<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Beneath the bodywork lies the famous 6.0-liter twin-turbo V12 supplied by Mercedes-AMG. In its most advanced configuration, this block develops up to 834 hp, far more than previous versions of the Huayra, and well above the 789 hp of the Huayra BC. But the real surprise lies elsewhere. The Huayra 70 Trionfo adopts a seven-speed manual gearbox, already seen on the unique Huayra Epitome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Three copies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As with the Zonda HP Barchetta launched for Horacio Pagani's 60th birthday, production of the Huayra 70 is strictly limited to three units. One has already been delivered to its owner, based in Cincinnati, USA.
