On a snow-covered mountain road somewhere in Norway, two radically opposed visions of the supercar come face to face. On one side, the Lamborghini Hurac\u00e1n Sterrato, designed to get you off the beaten track. On the other, the Porsche 911 GT3 RS, an absolute reference on the racetrack. The scene takes place in Golsfjellet, on the way up to a ski resort, and the video that has been circulating for the past few days shows a result that is as spectacular as it is instructive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A snowy climb, a clear verdict<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The surface is entirely covered with packed snow, and the slope is unforgiving. From the very first meters, the Lamborghini Hurac\u00e1n Sterrato sets the tone. Despite the extreme conditions, it climbs with astonishing ease, progressing smoothly, almost casually. Its all-wheel drive, high ground clearance and tires specifically designed for loose surfaces make an immediate difference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Behind her, the Porsche 911 GT3 RS tried to keep up. Very soon, the difficulties began. The rear wheels struggle to find grip, the car skids, corrects, struggles. Every meter gained becomes a battle. Where the Lamborghini continues its ascent without seeming to force itself, the Porsche ends up completely losing the necessary momentum. The climb becomes a dead end: the GT3 RS has to stop, unable to make any further progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Two philosophies, two worlds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This scene perfectly sums up the opposition between these two models. The Hurac\u00e1n Sterrato is no ordinary supercar. Lamborghini has designed it as a machine for exploring, capable of evolving on snow, gravel or mud, without denying its naturally-aspirated V10 or its performance. Its all-wheel drive system intelligently distributes torque, enabling the car to stay on the move even when grip becomes precarious. The Porsche 911 GT3 RS, on the other hand, is the ultimate timekeeping weapon. Ultra-sharpened, stiffened and extremely aerodynamic, it excels on the racetrack. But in the Norwegian snow, all these qualities become almost handicaps. The GT3 RS finds itself out of its element.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A setting that's anything but ordinary<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The video was not shot at random. The climb is located in Golsfjellet, a well-known venue for spectacular winter automotive events. The Skislope Rally, scheduled for February 5-8, 2026, will be held here in just a few days' time. The event promises a blend of motorsport and ski resort atmosphere. The cars will race directly on the slopes, before the eyes of spectators, in a totally unconventional setting. Friday February 6 will be open to the public, with cars in action on the slopes, static displays, stands, outdoor catering and an atmosphere that promises to be resolutely festive, right through to the afterparty in the evening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It's hard not to see this impromptu confrontation as a kind of dress rehearsal. The Hurac\u00e1n Sterrato seems tailor-made for this type of event, while the Porsche GT3 RS reminds us that snow is not its element.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
