You thought Ferrari<\/a> were made for circuits and well-paved roads? Think again. At the SEMA Show 2025 in Las Vegas, American tuner GlasWerks DMV unveiled a Ferrari GTC4 Lusso transformed into a real rally car. The name? Elevato. And it looks set to overshadow the Lamborghini Hurac\u00e1n Sterrato... or even the Purosangue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ferrari GTC4 Lusso metamorphosis<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Basically, the GTC4 Lusso is an elegant grand tourer with a 6.3-liter naturally-aspirated V12 engine and all-wheel drive, a rare Ferrari configuration. But GlasWerks DMV thought bigger. Or rather, higher. The company literally rebuilt the car from top to bottom, replacing over 30 % of the original components with specific parts: custom Bilstein suspension, machined aluminum suspension arms, reinforced joints, and ground clearance increased to 22.5 cm, more than a Hurac\u00e1n Sterrato or a Porsche 911 Dakar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a result, this \"mountain\" Ferrari offers 20 cm of wheel travel, an on-board tire pressure management system, and even the option of adding roof racks and rally lights. A far cry from the Maranello showroom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

750 horses under the hood<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Under the hood, the V12 has not been left untouched. The preparation increases power to 758 hp and 696 Nm of torque. All sent to all four wheels via the original Ferrari gearbox. GlasWerks promises a car capable of enduring the extreme conditions of a rally-raid, while retaining that bewitching sound typical of Ferrari engines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enough to make Sterrato tremble? Probably. While the Lamborghini boasts a 610 hp V10 and 17.5 cm of ground clearance, the Elevato is in a different league: that of the V12, elevated and ready to get its forged rims dirty in the mud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More expensive than a Sterrato, but less than a Purosangue<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Exclusivity comes at a price. The GlasWerks transformation costs $175,000, to which must be added the price of a used Ferrari GTC4 Lusso, now available from 185,000 euros. All in all, you can expect to pay around 330,000 euros for this unique off-road supercar. A high price indeed, but still less than the 500,000 euros of a Ferrari Purosangue, and far more exclusive than an already unobtainable Sterrato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In fact, GlasWerks DMV makes no secret of the fact: the company claims to have created \"the first Italian luxury 4\u00d74 with a V12 engine\". Purists will rightly point out that Lamborghini had already paved the way in the 1980s with the LM002, the famous \"Lambo Rambo\". But the Elevato brings this concept up to date with a spectacular execution. So, if you missed the Lamborghini Hurac\u00e1n Sterrato or found the Purosangue too tame, this 750 hp Ferrari off-roader could well become your new toy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
