Kimera Automobili<\/a> continues to write the modern legend of the Lancia 037. While all 37 examples of the EVO37 have long since found takers, deliveries continue all over the world. The latest is headed for the United States, and not under just any name: \"Eowyn\". A nod to the cult character from The Lord of the Rings?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tribute to the Lancia 037<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Kimera EVO37 is anything but a simple restomod. It's a refined reinterpretation of the legendary Lancia 037 rally car. Beneath the blue bodywork, reminiscent of the Lancia Beta Montecarlo Turbo, we find the DNA of the original model: low, taut silhouette, double round headlamps, perforated rims and that instantly recognizable profile. But the EVO37 goes much further: carbon fiber, titanium, aluminum and Kevlar form a sculpture in motion, as brutal as it is sophisticated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On board, no giant screens or aseptic ergonomics: the EVO37 smells of the 80s. Carbon and alcantara adorn the cockpit, which features large circular dials, push-buttons and even a kill switch. Everything exudes competition. But the finishes are worthy of modern supercars: removable Sparco steering wheel, mode selector, exposed gearshift... an intoxicating blend of nostalgia and technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kimera has named this new model delivered to the USA \"Eowyn\", in reference to the fierce warrior from The Lord of the Rings. A heroine who embodies strength and elegance, just like this EVO37 with its sculptural lines. In its press release, the Italian brand plays the card of automotive romanticism:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
