The Revuelto is already one of the most extreme supercars ever to emerge from Sant'Agata Bolognese. But for some, that's not enough: you have to go even further. That's exactly what the Daily Driven Exotics (DDE) team has done with what is said to be the first Lamborghini<\/a> Revuelto widebody in the world, equipped with a 1016 Industries kit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The video shows the car in Los Angeles. The modification doesn't simply involve gluing on fender extensions: the front and rear fenders have been cut to fit the kit. As a result, it's impossible to go back to the original configuration. The look is radical: wheel arches, bumper, hood, everything!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under this reworked body, the Revuelto retains its impressive technical specifications: 6.5-liter naturally-aspirated V12, two electric motors at the front, 1,015 combined hp, and an ultra-fast dual-clutch gearbox. On the road, this configuration combines the sonic character of a Lamborghini V12 with the explosiveness of a hybrid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once in the driver's seat, reactions are unmistakable. Acceleration is lightning-quick, the gearbox shifts in a flash, and the electric torque at the front makes every acceleration instantaneous. Compared to an Aventador SVJ, some find the Revuelto more versatile and easy to live with on a daily basis, while others regret the SVJ's raw aggressiveness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But what does Lamborghini think?<\/strong> To find out, the team went to Lamborghini Beverly Hills, Los Angeles' mecca of automotive luxury. Reactions are... considered: the widebody kit is intriguing, not least because it required definitive cuts in the bodywork. Some fear a drop in value due to the modification of the original bodywork, while others believe that once the car has been finalized (paint or covering, new rims), its exclusivity could, on the contrary, seduce a passionate buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The exchanges conclude without any official disapproval. It remains to be seen what Lamborghini CEO Stephan Winkelmann would think if he came across this creation at an event like Monterey Car Week...<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project isn't over yet: the car has yet to receive a special PFS covering and new wheels. One thing is certain: this transformation leaves no one indifferent. Between bold styling and taking risks with the car's value, DDE has created a modification that will be the talk of the Lamborghini community... and perhaps even the corridors of Sant'Agata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
