All the more reason to speculate on what the brand has in store for this special occasion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Just ten years ago, in 2015, Alfa Romeo celebrated its 105th anniversary with the presentation of the Giulia, an iconic model that marked a renaissance for the brand with its propulsion architecture and bold design. It's a fitting way to lend historical weight to every major anniversary. So, what gift will the brand be offering its fans this year?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A new Stelvio? Not very likely...<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For a long time, we imagined that the 115th anniversary would be the perfect occasion to present the new Stelvio. Based on an all-new STLA Large platform, with all-new powertrains, the brand's future SUV was tipped for this symbolic date. But the latest news has dampened those hopes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You've got it read here first<\/a>The presentation of the new Stelvio is now expected for the end of 2025, with marketing in the spring of 2026. What's more, the Cassino plant's workers' union is even talking about production starting in the second half of 2026. Unless there's a surprise in the form of official photos or a static presentation, so it seems unlikely that the Stelvio will be at the heart of the June 24 festivities.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

An update for the Tonale?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

More plausible: the Tonale SUV should benefit from an update in mid-2025<\/a>. But details remain unclear. Aesthetic restyling? Technical upgrades? Nothing has been confirmed, but June 24 could be the right time to unveil this update,<\/strong> to revive interest in a model that is struggling to maintain its sales momentum despite 100,000 units produced<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A new supercar for enthusiasts?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

What if Alfa Romeo played the dream card? In August 2023, the brand created a sensation with the 33 Stradale, an ultra-limited edition supercar.<\/a>which sold just 33 units. At the time, the automaker indicated that another exclusive project was in the pipeline. Two years later, it seems the ideal occasion to unveil a new supercar, perhaps in the same spirit, on such a symbolic anniversary.
