After Ferrari has announced that it will distribute up to \u20ac14,000 in bonuses to its employees<\/a>his great rival from Sant'Agata Bolognese, Lamborghini<\/a>is once again named \"Italy's Best Employer\", for the twelfth year running.<\/strong> A performance that confirms the Bull brand's ability to combine industrial performance, a futuristic vision and management that is attentive to the needs of its employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Awarded by the Top Employers Institute, this certification recognizes companies that meet the highest standards of the HR Best Practices Survey. The survey covers six main areas (HR strategy, work environment, recruitment, learning, diversity & inclusion, well-being), each of which is examined in relation to 20 specific themes. Lamborghini stood out on all these criteria, demonstrating a \"holistic\" approach to talent management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since 2021, the Lamborghini Feelosophy program, <\/strong>structured around \"body, mind, purpose\", embodies the brand's commitment to the overall health of its teams. Concrete actions are implemented, ranging from sports and meditation to medical prevention, psychological support and social responsibility initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
