Although the volume of registrations is still well below that of countries such as the United States and Germany, this growth reflects good momentum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the other hand, some of Ferrari's biggest historic markets experienced significant declines. At <strong>United States<\/strong>one of the brand's main markets, registrations fell by <strong>12 %<\/strong>This brings us back to January 2023 levels, after a slight increase last year. The situation is similar to <strong>Japan<\/strong>where sales fell by <strong>9 %<\/strong> and show a second consecutive drop, a phenomenon that could be perplexing given that the country has historically been conquered by Ferrari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'<strong>Germany<\/strong> and the <strong>United Kingdom<\/strong> are not spared either. Germany is experiencing a <strong>19 %<\/strong>This is the first time we've been able to bring the price back up to levels similar to those seen in January 2023. But it's <strong>United Kingdom<\/strong> that the situation seems most worrying: with a fall of <strong>29 %<\/strong>the brand recorded its worst January in two years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'<strong>Italy<\/strong>behind giants such as the United States and Germany,<strong> finds itself in third place in January 2025,<\/strong> behind these two countries, but ahead of Japan and the UK. This is a particularly interesting development, as Italy is now ahead of markets that are still emblematic for Ferrari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With these changes in the ranking of the top buyer countries, Ferrari has posted a drop of -10 % for January 2025. As a reminder, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/en\/ferrari\/ferrari-makes-little-headway-but-becomes-number-1-in-italian-luxury-cars-in-2024\/\">2024 was a record year for the brand<\/a>with <strong>13,752 units<\/strong> sold. Is it exceptional? Is it cyclical? Or is the brand beginning to make strategic decisions to <strong>limit production and maintain the exclusivity of its models, without aiming to exceed 14,000 units?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The year 2025 does not seem to mark a slowdown for Ferrari, however. The brand plans to launch <strong>6 new products<\/strong> this year, including a particularly special car: <strong>the first electric Ferrari 100 %<\/strong>and our financial targets are +5 % in sales and +7 % in profits.
