These include, <strong>the Lancia Delta, an iconic compact sedan<\/strong>will soon be making its comeback.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This model, which will rival such benchmarks as the Opel Astra, Peugeot 308, BMW 1 Series and Volkswagen Golf, will be produced on <strong>the platform <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/en\/stellantis\/with-stla-medium-stellantis-aims-to-offer-a-credible-electric-alternative-to-gasoline\/\">STLA Medium<\/a><\/strong>a versatile base allowing the integration of hybrid or fully electric powertrains. The project doesn't stop there: <strong>a Delta HF version with all-wheel drive is scheduled for release in 2028<\/strong>This evolution is reminiscent of the direction taken by models such as the Peugeot e3008, also based on the STLA Medium platform, which will soon offer all-wheel drive and 320 hp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lancia drew its inspiration from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/en\/lancia\/lancia-pura-hpe-a-futuristic-concept-which-gives-an-awareness-of-3-next-lancia\/\">the Pu+Ra HPE concept<\/a> to imagine the future of its models. A graduate of the Strate design school (l<a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/en\/alfa-romeo\/alfa-romeo-tzx-sauber-the-forgotten-concept-of-one-of-the-designers-of-the-33-stradale\/\">even the designer of the 33 Stradale<\/a>), Mathys already has a good track record, having interned as an \"exterior designer\" at Peugeot and DS between March and December 2022, before joining <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/en\/electric-car\/these-new-turin-built-chinese-cars-will-soon-be-arriving-in-europe\/\">Changan Automobile in Turin<\/a>. This Chinese-style center, whose reputation was further enhanced by a Red Dot International Design Award in 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>His concept of the Lancia Delta <\/strong>the key elements of the brand's new visual signature: a distinctive front end, a dynamic, muted silhouette and wheels reminiscent of those on the Ypsilon HF.
