As the year draws to a close, the first figures reveal significant progress for Ferrari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Continued growth despite a slight slowdown<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since the start of 2024, Ferrari has posted solid performances in its main markets. The brand continues to grow, particularly in the<strong> key markets such as the United States, Japan, Germany and Italy<\/strong>. UK data incomplete at present.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ferrari's strategy: profitability rather than quantity<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Although she managed to almost <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/en\/ferrari\/ferrari-could-double-sales-in-10-years\/\">double sales in 10 years<\/a>Ferrari is not simply looking to increase its sales volumes, but to <strong>preserve its image of exclusivity and luxury<\/strong>. In 2024, the brand announced that it had voluntarily reduced deliveries by 2.2 % in the third quarter to maximize profitability, focusing on the most profitable markets and on increasingly high-end models.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The strategy seems to be paying off. Despite this reduction in sales, <strong>Ferrari third-quarter revenues up 6.5 %<\/strong>1.644 billion. In addition, adjusted EBIT reached 467 million euros, with an impressive margin of 28.4 %. According to our readings, <strong>the Purosnague SUV accounts for 10 to 20 % of sales in the United States<\/strong>. The limited-edition Ferrari F80 was also a great success, with all units already reserved, reinforcing the brand image and attracting a loyal clientele of collectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ferrari is also banking on hybrids for the future, with over 55 % of its current sales represented by plug-in hybrid (PHEV) models. The transition to greener vehicles seems to be bearing fruit. Another major step forward will be taken in 2025 with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/en\/ferrari\/ferrari-electric-the-greatest-challenge-that-could-also-be-the-brands-first-failure\/\">the first electric Ferrari 100 %<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Outlook for 2024: a realistic target of 14,000 units<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 4 countries alone, Ferrari added 800 units over 11 months. If this positive trend continues in other markets, <strong>Ferrari could exceed 14,000 units by 2024<\/strong>. Indeed, current figures point to continued growth, which could lead to sales approaching this symbolic figure. By 2023, Ferrari had sold 13,663 units, while Lamborghini had limited sales to 10,112.
