His appointment to this committee confirms the confidence placed in him by the Board of Directors, chaired by John Elkann, and in the company. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/en\/stellantis\/stellantis-is-looking-for-carlos-tavares-successor-who-are-the-likely-candidates\/\">could make him a candidate for CEO<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Strategic support: executive vice-presidents<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To support the IEC, several executive vice-presidents will report directly to John Elkann:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Bertrand Blaise<\/strong> : Communication and Corporate Social Responsibility<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Olivier Bourges<\/strong> Customer Experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Giorgio Fossati<\/strong> : Legal advice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Santo Ficili<\/strong> Maserati and Alfa Romeo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Olivier Fran\u00e7ois<\/strong> Global marketing and management of the Fiat, Abarth and DS brands<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Clara Ingen-Housz<\/strong> Public Affairs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, Richard Palmer, as special advisor, will play a strategic support role to ensure a smooth transition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A team mainly from PSA<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A striking detail in the composition of this IEC: the majority of members come from PSA, testifying to the cultural and managerial heritage of the former French group in the current organization. Exceptions include <strong>Doug Ostermann<\/strong>formerly of FCA, <strong>Antonio Filosa<\/strong> Jeep, and <strong>Ned Curic<\/strong>from Amazon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With this team in place, <strong>Stellantis aims to reassure investors<\/strong>employees and partners. The IRC's mission will be to manage immediate challenges while preparing the ground for the future CEO. The selection process, managed by a special committee of the Board of Directors, should be completed in the first half of 2025.
