Fiat has just revealed the long-awaited details of its new electric Grande Panda, a model whose mission is to appeal to urban car drivers with an attractive starting price and generous equipment. Orders are now open in France, with the electric model starting at \u20ac15,900 (minus the environmental bonus) for the (RED) version and \u20ac18,900 for the top-of-the-range La Prima version.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A well-positioned electric motor<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Under the hood, the electric Fiat Grande Panda is equipped with a b44 kWh battery and 83 kW (113 hp) electric motor<\/strong>. These features enable a range of 320 km according to the WLTP cycle, making it ideal for everyday urban journeys and short getaways. With acceleration from 0 to 50 km\/h in 4.2 seconds and a top speed of 132 km\/h, it combines agility in the city with comfort on the freeway. In terms of fuel consumption, the Grande Panda boasts an efficiency of 17.4 kWh\/100 km. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fiat innovates by facilitating charging with a retractable spiral charging cable integrated into the front grille. This system eliminates the need for conventional cables in the trunk, while facilitating recharging maneuvers. Supplied as standard, this cable enables charging up to 7 kW in 3 hours and 43 minutes from 20 % to 100 %<\/strong>. For those in a hurry, Fiat offers an optional 11 kW on-board charger, reducing recharging time to 2 hours and 55 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The New Grande Panda also accepts fast-charging up to 100 kW, making it possible to recharge the battery from 20 % to 80 % in 33 minutes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Two versions to meet every need<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Fiat offers the electric Grande Panda in two versions: version (RED)<\/strong>at an attractive price of \u20ac15,900 (excluding environmental bonus), 24,900 without deduction)<\/strong>and the La Prima version, more upmarket<\/strong>from \u20ac18,900 (excluding bonuses), 27,900 \u20ac without deduction<\/strong>). This price positioning makes it competitive with similar models such as the Citro\u00ebn \u00eb-C3, with which it shares certain technical components, as well as the Dacia Spring (65 hp with 26.6 kWh battery at \u20ac20,450) and the new Renault 5 electric (120 hp with 40 kWh battery at \u20ac27,990).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Grande Panda stands out for its equipment, especially in the the La Prima version, which includes <\/strong>heated front seats, heated steering wheel, heated windshield, electric mirrors, wireless smartphone charger, rearview camera, front parking radars and tinted rear windows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Although customization is currently limited to a few elements, Fiat offers a palette of seven colors:<\/strong> red, white, black, yellow, green, bronze and blue, as well as two wheel designs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

France at the forefront of marketing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

France is the first European market to open orders for this electric Grande Panda. <\/strong>However, unlike other countries which will also benefit from a hybrid version, only the electric version is currently available in France. The first deliveries are expected in November<\/a>This is a crucial period for Fiat, which is counting on this model to generate significant volumes on the French market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The electric Fiat Grande Panda looks well positioned<\/strong> to establish itself in the electric city car segment, thanks to its competitive price, comfortable range and good standard equipment. Fiat hopes that this model will become a pillar of its electric offering and help strengthen its presence on the European market.
