With the endurance season shaping up to be exceptional, the Ferrari - AF Corse team is gearing up for the big one. World Endurance Championship<\/a> of the FIA 2024 after a successful 2023 season. With kick-off scheduled for the Lusail International Circuit in Qatar, which will host a round of the World Endurance Championship,<\/strong> all eyes are on the performance of the Ferrari 499P during the 1,812 km Qatar on Saturday March 2.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Building on last season's experience, the team will line up its Hypercars driven by crews that are already well established: Antonio Fuoco, Miguel Molina and Nicklas Nielsen in car number 50, while the winners of the 24 Hours of Le Mans Centenary, Alessandro Pier Guidi, James Calado and Antonio Giovinazzi, will take the controls of car number 51.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No development tokens have been used since 2023, Ferrari has high ambitions for the new season. <\/strong>The winter's work, focused on testing and simulation, has deepened the understanding and improved the performance of the previous year's technical package, underlining the team's potential for 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Antonio Fuoco, driver of the Ferrari 499P no. 50, looks back on a successful 2023 season and looks ahead with enthusiasm<\/strong> on the start of the new championship: \"We're aiming for the championship title and are determined to compete for victory at the world's most famous 24 Hours.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Miguel Molina shares this ambition<\/strong>underlining the team's rigorous winter preparations for surpass the already excellent results <\/strong>of the 2023 season. Nicklas Nielsen, meanwhile, talks about the challenge posed by the arrival of new manufacturers in the Hypercar category, while affirming the team's motivation to progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alessandro Pier Guidi highlights the addition of an extra race to the calendar, offering more opportunities<\/strong> to overcome the ups and downs of competition. James Calado, on the strength of victory at Le Mans in 2023, aspires to fight for the world title with hard work and meticulous preparation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
