Miami, the world capital of luxury and excess, has just welcomed a real estate project that is as exclusive as it is original: the Pagani Residences. Located in North Bay Village on Biscayne Bay, these exceptional residences combine Italian architecture, bespoke design and automotive performance, all under the signature of Horacio Pagani himself.

But we're not talking about simple apartments here. Two spectacular penthouses have just been unveiled: the first at $28.5 million, the second at $30 million. These dizzying prices are justified by a surface area of up to 12,200 square feet (over 1,100 m²) and breathtaking features: 4-metre high ceilings, private elevators, panoramic terraces with views of Miami and the sea, Schiffini Magistretti Italian kitchens, 365-bottle wine walls, not to mention a spiral staircase combining travertine, oak and lacquered metal.

The bathrooms, clad in travertine and adorned with Gessi Cesello faucets, recall the world of the brand's hypercars. Everything here evokes the precision of Italian craftsmanship, right down to the last door handle. Residents will also enjoy a private garage, spa, gym, relaxation lounge and rooftop pool with breathtaking views of Miami.

The world's most exclusive gift: a Pagani Utopia Roadster Miami Edition

And that's where this sale takes an even crazier turn. With the purchase of one of these penthouses, the lucky owners will receive a Pagani Utopia Roadster Miami Edition, a one-of-a-kind hypercar personally designed by Horacio Pagani.

Painted in an exclusive ocean blue, this version pays homage to the Florida sea and sky. Under the hood, an 864-hp V12, hand-assembled in Modena, as tradition dictates. But this "Miami Edition" is not for sale. It exists only for the two buyers of the penthouses. In other words, it's a hypercar that's literally impossible to buy, even with millions.

The icing on the cake: the new owners will be invited to Italy for a private tour of the Pagani museum and production workshop in Modena. They will meet Horacio Pagani in person for a co-creation session around their car and even the interior design of their apartment.
