This Lamborghini has no problem with snow-covered roads - on the contrary!

Lamborghini has built its legend on asphalt, mountain roads and racetracks. However, one of its most radical creations now seems to take great pleasure in a totally different setting: snow. The Lamborghini Huracan Sterrato, an elevated, adventurous version of the Huracan, proves once again that it's not just a publicity stunt.

A supercar born to get out of its comfort zone

Introduced at the end of 2022, the Huracan Sterrato immediately marked a breakthrough in the world of supercars. Where the Huracan A classic low to the ground, this version features 44 mm more ground clearance, body protectors, wider fenders, a special diffuser and even additional front headlamps. Lamborghini has gone so far as to include a dedicated Rally driving mode for low-grip surfaces. Yet beneath this silhouette lies a true Lamborghini. The 5.2-liter naturally-aspirated V10 develops 610 hp and 560 Nm of torque, enough to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.4 seconds. Top speed is deliberately limited to 260 km/h, a more "modest" figure for a supercar, but consistent with its adventurous philosophy.

Snow as a playground

While the Huracan has officially given way to the Temerario in the range, the Sterrato continues to make a name for itself far from the showroom. In the latest example, a designer renowned for his hyper-realistic illustrations has imagined this Sterrarto on the snow-covered roads of Switzerland.

A promise already kept on other extreme terrain

It's not the first time the Huracan Sterrato has come as a surprise. In recent months, it has already been seen in action in the mudIn Mexico, for example, one owner didn't hesitate to put it through its paces in rally-like conditions. Even law enforcement agencies have taken an interest. In the United States, a Huracan Sterrato handed over to Garfield policein New Jersey, not for spectacular pursuits, but as part of an opioid prevention campaign. Once again, the focus was on his unusual image and versatility.

Already a collector's item

Produced in just 1,499 examples, all of which were sold before the end of its career, the Huracan Sterrato is already a collector's item. On the second-hand market, prices regularly exceed 300,000 euros, proof that the concept has found its audience.
