Introducing the Lamborghini Fenomeno: the most powerful, fastest Lamborghini ever (limited edition).

The veil has finally been lifted. After a mysterious first teaser unveiled at the end of June, Lamborghini took advantage of the prestigious Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance to raise the curtain on its extraordinary new creation: the Lamborghini Fenomeno. This radical supercar, produced in just 29 examples, is the most powerful and fastest road-going Lamborghini in history. The price is unofficial, but rumors point to over $3 million.

A symbolic name

As is the brand's tradition, Fenomeno takes its name from a fighting bull. The latter, played in 2002 in Morelia (Mexico), was pardoned for his exceptional qualities. In both Spanish and Italian, "Fenomeno" literally means "phenomenal": a promise that finds its full meaning here. Following in the footsteps of the Reventón, Veneno, Centenario, Sesto Elemento and Sián, this new "few-off" joins the ranks of the most exclusive and sought-after Lamborghinis.

The most powerful V12 in Lamborghini history

Beneath its spectacular lines, the Fenomeno boasts the most powerful naturally-aspirated V12 engine ever designed by Lamborghini: 835 hp on its own, screaming at up to 9,500 rpm. It is combined with three electric motors for a total of 1,080 hp, an absolute record for the brand.

Performance is worthy of a racing car:

  • 0 to 100 km/h in 2.4 seconds
  • 0 to 200 km/h in 6.7 seconds
  • Maximum speed over 350 km/h
  • Unprecedented power-to-weight ratio: 1.64 kg/hp

It's enough to overtake even the Ferrari SF90 XX Stradale, and establish the Fenomeno as the new benchmark for V12 hybrid supercars.

Technology showcase

Lamborghini didn't just increase power. The Fenomeno inaugurates solutions never before seen on a road-going Lamborghini:

  • a 6D sensor for real-time analysis of acceleration and speed, improving braking and stability,
  • competition-derived CCM-R Plus carbon-ceramic brakes,
  • Bridgestone Potenza tires developed especially for it, with a road-approved semi-slick version,
  • sophisticated active aerodynamics with an "omega"-shaped rear spoiler, concave roof and F1-inspired S-Duct system.

Everything has been thought out to make the Fenomeno as comfortable on the road as it is on the racetrack.

A "manifesto" design

Presented in Giallo Crius (bright Lamborghini yellow), the Fenomeno is a style manifesto signed by the Centro Stile Lamborghini, which celebrates its 20th anniversary this year.

The front features large GT3-inspired air intakes and a new light signature reminiscent of the bull's horns in the logo. On the flanks, a continuous line gives the car a taut silhouette, while the rear features a vertical "Y" light signature and a monumental diffuser. Turbine-design single-nut wheels complete the futuristic look.

Inside, Lamborghini continues its "Feel like a pilot" philosophy: three screens replace the majority of physical buttons, reinforcing the racing cockpit ambience. Carbon fiber is omnipresent, from the bucket seats to the 3D-printed air vents. Ambient lighting emphasizes the spaceship shapes.

Of course, thanks to the Ad Personam program, the 29 owners will be able to personalize their Fenomeno with an infinite choice of colors and materials.

The most extreme of the few-offs

In 2007, the Reventón inaugurated this line of ultra-limited Lamborghinis, veritable laboratories of innovation. Today, the Fenomeno takes this philosophy further than ever: a concentrate of design, technology and performance, born to become a legend.

"The Fenomeno is a true manifesto of technology and design. A phenomenon in name and nature," said Lamborghini CEO Stephan Winkelmann.
