Decidedly, Lamborghini is no longer confined to the road. After surprising the boating world in 2020 with the Tecnomar for Lamborghini 63, and then in 2022 with the the Seabob SE63a seascooter inspired by its supercars, the Sant'Agata Bolognese brand is back with a vengeance. At the Monaco Yacht Show 2025, it has unveiled the world premiere of the Tecnomar for Lamborghini 101FT, the fruit of a new collaboration with The Italian Sea Group.

A yacht that brings Lamborghini DNA to the water

Approximately 30 meters (101 feet) long, the 101FT is presented as Lamborghini's new flagship at sea. Its design is unmistakably Italian: taut lines, angular surfaces and a lighting signature inherited from the recent FenomenoA hypercar produced in just 29 examples. The launch livery, a bright yellow called Giallo Crius, leaves no doubt as to the parentage.

On board, the world is just as familiar: the cockpit echoes the spirit of the new Temerario, with its sporty steering wheel, futuristic instrumentation and supercar-style start button. The interiors feature the famous Y and hexagon motifs, with the option of customizing colors and materials via a program similar to Ad Personam. It's like driving a Lamborghini on water.

Three 16-cylinder engines, 7,600 horsepower for a sea assault

Beneath the hull lies an impressive array of mechanical features: three MTU 16V 2000 M96L engines, each developing 35.7 liters and 2,600 hp, for a total of 7,600 hp. Combined with three propellers, they propel the yacht to a top speed of 45 knots (just over 80 km/h), and guarantee comfortable cruising at 35 knots. Two 35 kW generators provide a parallel power supply, even at sea. To give you an idea, this power is equivalent to seven Lamborghini Fenomeno hypercars combined... on a single boat.

Luxury, comfort and exclusivity

Unlike the Tecnomar 63, designed primarily for speed, the 101FT favors a better balance between performance and habitability. The interior can accommodate up to nine guests, complemented by three crew cabins, providing ample space for long voyages in the utmost comfort.

"With the Tecnomar for Lamborghini 101FT, we're taking Lamborghini's DNA to sea: performance, design and innovation come together in a yacht that redefines the concept of nautical luxury," summed up Lamborghini president Stephan Winkelmann.

The message is clear: this is not a simple marketing operation, but a strategy to establish a lasting presence in the highly selective world of prestige yachting. The final model is due to set sail at the end of 2027, giving future customers time to configure their own model and maintain its exclusivity.

    • Thanks, I know how to do multiplication, but the unit power of the engine in the catalog is 2600 hp and the total power of the boat is 7600 hp. That's 200 hp less in total.
