Lamborghini saves its 2025 with a single model

2025 was to be a year of transition for Lamborghini. It is. Perhaps even more so than expected. With production of the Huracán halted, and the new Temerario has still not been delivered to a single customer, the Sant'Agata Bolognese brand has found itself for several months with only two models on sale: the Urus and the Revuelto. A scenario that could have caused the figures to plummet... if one model hadn't literally carried the company on its shoulders: the Urus. And it's this model alone that is saving the year 2025.

A year cut by a third of the range

In the first nine months of 2025 (official H1 + Q3 data), Lamborghini delivered 8,140 cars, i.e. a very moderate decrease of 3.2 % compared to 2024. An almost unreal performance when you remember that the HuracánThe Lamborghini, which has historically produced 3,000 units a year, is now almost entirely sold out (only 633 were produced last). While any ordinary carmaker would suffer from the slightest gap in its range, Lamborghini is almost on a par with 2024... with two models instead of three. And that's even before the Temerario enters the scene.

Urus: the pillar that holds the whole edifice together (our figures)

The Urus + Revuelto tandem works, but it's clearly theUrus brand this year. Lamborghini delivered 5,995 of them in the first three quarters, representing almost 75 % of worldwide volumes. And when we delve into the country-by-country figures, it becomes even more striking: wherever registrations are detailed, the Urus dominates overwhelmingly, often at over 80 % of the total.

Some examples from October 2025:

Advertising
  • United States (largest market): 244 Lamborghinis, including 188 Urus. Despite a slight downturn (-6 % over the year), the brand simply no longer delivers Huracans and not yet Temerarios.
  • Germany (second largest market): 58 registrations, including 52 Urus. Stable despite the transition.
  • France: 118 Lamborghinis over ten months, including 101 Urus.
  • Austria: 14 Urus out of 15 Lamborghinis.
  • Spain: 46 Urus out of 60 Lamborghinis.
  • Netherlands: modest but explosive volumes: +108 % over the year, thanks again... to the Urus.

It's the same story everywhere: the SUV carries the brand at arm's length. And this leadership is not confined to Europe: in Japan, the world's second best performer in 2025 after the United States, the brand is up +24 % (812 units), despite the absence of the Temerario. Here too, the Urus effect is evident.

The Revuelto makes progress... but doesn't make up for the Huracán

The Revuelto, the first plug-in hybrid supercar in the brand's history, is making strong headway:
1,512 units delivered since the beginning of the year. But this level is still insufficient to compensate for the disappearance of a high-volume model like the Huracán. This is why the brand is totally dependent on the SUV this year. What's more, the Revuelto remains ultra-exclusive, expensive (€500,000 and up), and its books are full until 2027. In fact, it's more of a replacement for the Aventador, and contributes to profitability... not volume.

In some countries, the situation is even more tense

The transition from Huracán to Temerario is most evident in certain markets:

  • United Kingdom: -27 % for the year, with just 18 registrations in October. And the effect of the end of a tax advantage for certain residents as for Ferrari ?
  • Belgium: slight decline (-7 %).
  • United States: -6 %, but still the world's leading market.

2026: the record is possible

If Lamborghini performs as well in 2025 despite this gap in the range, 2026 could be a record year. With the arrival of the first Temerario models, which are already arousing enthusiasm comparable to the Huracán STO era, continued high levels of Urus SE sales and Revuelto order books still full. The brand could even surpass 11,000 annual deliveries, a symbolic milestone that few would have imagined possible ten years ago.
