Here's the very first Lamborghini Temerario delivered to the USA: 320 hours to create this handmade "crystal" paintwork!

Lamborghini never does things by halves, and even less so when it comes to celebrating the arrival of its new V8 hybrid supercar, the Temerario. For its first-ever delivery in America, the Sant'Agata Bolognese brand chose one of the world's biggest art events, Art Basel Miami 2025. Under the spotlights of the spectacular 1111 Lincoln Road, the Temerario Ad Personam unveiled to over 500 customers and VIPs was not just a simple Temerario, it was a veritable living canvas, shaped by 320 hours of hand-applied paint.

Crystal" paint

What's most astonishing is not so much the on-board technology as the incredible work required to achieve this unprecedented "crystal" effect. Lamborghini has combined Verde Shock, Grigio Maat and Nero Nemesis in a complex pattern that hugs every curve of the exposed carbon. The result is reminiscent of dense, futuristic camouflage, but with a visual depth that plays with light like a contemporary work of art. This painting would have taken Ad Personam's craftsmen the equivalent of two months' work.

Every layer, every shade, every stroke is applied by hand, without a robot. The brand won't reveal the exact price of such a treatment, but it's clear that the bill exceeds what any body shop would agree to undertake.

Haute couture interior

Exclusivity doesn't stop at the body. The interior features Grigio Octans seats with Verde Scandal detailing, in complete aesthetic continuity with the exterior. The famous "crystal" effect even reappears inside, notably on the start-stop button flap, also hand-painted. Lamborghini goes so far as to transpose the exterior motif into embroidery on the Temerario logo and on the Taurus on the rear bulkhead, a feat of craftsmanship that the brand describes as "Selleria", a heritage of Italian know-how applied here to the automotive world.

920 hp

Beneath this unique livery lies the new 4.0L twin-turbo V8 capable of 10,000 rpm, backed up by three electric motors for a total of 920 hp. The model presented in Miami also adopts the Alleggerita pack, lightening the car by around 30 kg and adding over 45 kg of aerodynamic support. A choice for track-days enthusiasts... even if this specimen will probably never see anything but a palm-lined road and a private collection.

Lamborghini's symbol of the future

Stephan Winkelmann, present alongside Federico Foschini and Andrea Baldi, perfectly sums up the philosophy behind this creation: absolute luxury comes through personalization. With the Temerario Ad Personam, Lamborghini shows not just what it can do technically, but what it is ready to create when the customer's imagination meets the expertise of the craftsmen at Sant'Agata Bolognese. The first customer deliveries will begin in the first quarter of 2026.
