Lamborghini may well have entered the hybrid era with its Urus SE, Temerario and RevueltoTo this day, the Sián FKP 37 remains one of the brand's most fascinating... and exclusive models. Produced between 2020 and 2022 in a limited edition of 63 coupes and 19 roadsters, it symbolizes the brand's transition to electrification, while retaining the DNA of the naturally-aspirated V12. Today, one of these rare jewels is for sale in Germany... for a price that would make more than one millionaire shudder.
A flash of Italian engineering
Sián means "lightning bolt" in Bolognese dialect. Presented in 2019, the Lamborghini Sián FKP 37 is based on the Aventador's technical base, but pushes back the limits of the latter's V12. Under the rear hood is the 6.5-liter naturally-aspirated 774 hp engine, backed up by a small electric motor powered by a supercapacitor - a world first at the time. The result: 819 combined hp (which might not seem much today, compared with the 108° hp of the the Lamborghini Fenomeno), acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in less than 2.8 seconds, and a top speed of 355 km/h.
The design of excess

The Sián is not just a technological showcase, it's also a visual manifesto that has largely inspired the new Revuelto (a bit like the last concept Manifesto should inspire future Lamborghinis). Its exposed carbon body, sharp lines and lightning-like headlights give it an almost unreal allure.

The example offered for sale by Hollmann International in Germany goes even further in its attention to detail: "Carbon Look Shiny" paintwork, Verde Scandal Fluo finish, Oro Electrum wheels, and an interior combining Nero Ade leather and green stitching.

All this is accompanied by €300,000 of visible carbon fiber options and €60,000 of special paintwork. In other words, every inch of this car exudes bespoke craftsmanship.

A price tag to make even the wealthiest shudder
In terms of price, the dealer lists this Sián at €3,272,500 incl. VAT (or €2,750,000 excl. VAT for export). With only 120 kilometers on the clock, it has never really left the showroom.
For the record, it was offered at the beginning of the year for €3.39 million. The €119,000 reduction might seem like a bargain... but this price difference would at most only add a Maserati Grecale Folgore to the garage, not more. As a reminder, its new price was around $3.7 million.
Every public appearance by Sián is fascinating. Whether it's the one delivered in a wooden crate in the middle of New York in 2021or the prototype saved in Romania by a reckless collector, the Sián FKP 37 already has a rich history. It is the brand's only non-rechargeable Lamborghini V12 hybrid.
