We thought we'd see it again... but we didn't. On the Bugatti circuit in Le Mans, at the heart of the GP Explorer 3, the 1,300hp Fiat Multipla signed W Auto Sport, the famous 1000tipla from Villebrequin, made a surprise appearance, bearing the "Official Pace Car" sticker. And not to parade around at 30 km/h: Sylvain Levy completed a few laps before qualifying, with Pierre Fillon, President of the Automobile Club de l'Ouest, on his right.
What is GP Explorer 3?
The third and final edition of the event dreamed up by youtuber Squeezie, the GP Explorer brings together Internet creators and personalities for a Formula 4 race on the Bugatti circuit. This latest edition took place from October 3 to 5, 2025, and featured trials, sprints, concerts and a grand Sunday race in front of packed grandstands and record Twitch audiences.

Announced as "full of surprises", the on-track entertainment lived up to its promise. Before qualifying, the 1000tipla takes to the track. The public immediately recognized the body-built Multipla silhouette and the soundtrack of a big V8. "Official Pace Car" on the sides, Sylvain Levy at the wheel, Pierre Fillon as a passenger: the postcard is perfect for this mix of internet, motorsport and Le Mans culture.

Mechanical reminder
At the beginning of September, we told you how the 1000tipla was able to ride legally in Paris These include registration in Kosovo, an import procedure opening up a two-month circulation window in France, insurance, full road equipment... and a technical inspection confirming that the vehicle has been properly inspected. On the technical side, the project is based on a completely reconfigured Fiat Multipla, a large Chevrolet V8 and a piece of Corvette (transmission/diff transaxle), mounted on a custom-built, arceautée structure integrated into the Multipla hull, all dyno-tested at 1,294 hp.

The GP Explorer put an entire generation back in front of motorsport "IRL". Seeing the 1000tipla take to the track at Le Mans comes full circle: the car born of a crazy Internet idea invites itself into one of racing's most emblematic theaters. And the image of Sylvain Levy (winner of the first edition) with Pierre Fillon on board will go down as one of the cleverest winks of this latest edition.
