Fans of Ferrari know: some collector's items are not only rare, they border on works of art. The proof is in this 1:4 scale replica of the engine of the legendary Ferrari Daytona SP3, now available for sale on the brand's official website. But watch out! the price is €15,740.
300 hours of work, 599 copies only

This scale model celebrates one of Ferrari's most emblematic engines: the mid-rear-mounted V12, capable of propelling the Daytona SP3 to over 340 km/h. A mechanism that draws its DNA from the golden age of prototype racing in the 60s, notably Ferrari's historic triple win at the Daytona 24 Hours in 1967.

Entirely assembled and finished by hand in the Amalgam workshops, this replica is the fruit of over 300 hours' work, in close collaboration with the Ferrari teams. Every component, every label and even the barcodes are faithfully reproduced to match the actual specifications.
This replica is limited to 599 units worldwide, delivered in an exclusive black box with an acrylic dust cover and a carbon fiber base adorned with an engraved steel plate. Each miniature engine comes with a certificate of authenticity and a detailed booklet.

For the discerning collector
With its dimensions (70 cm long, over 36 cm wide and 28 cm high with display case), this model weighs over 12 kg when displayed. Delivered in packaging worthy of a genuine work of art, the whole unit weighs almost 50 kg when transported!
Made from polyurethane (85 %), stainless steel (10 %) and aluminum (5 %), this jewel is designed above all to remain exposed on its base. Removing the motor from its base is not recommended.
At over €15,000, this replica is obviously not for everyone. But for enthusiasts of the prancing horse brand, it represents a fragment of Ferrari history and know-how, to be proudly displayed in a living room, office or collector's garage.
