This Ferrari Daytona SP3 breaks with tradition, and will be sold for a good cause

Ferrari strikes hard this summer with a creation as rare as it is exceptional: a unique Daytona SP3, presented under the evocative name "599+1". This new model will complete the already sold-out production of the SP3, initially limited to 599 units, and will be auctioned off to support a worthy cause.

A nod to history, and a break with tradition

Unveiled on the eve of the Goodwood Festival of Speed and expected at the prestigious Monterey Car Week 2025, this SP3 Tailor Made is unlike any other road-going Ferrari. And with good reason: for the first time in almost a century, the brand dared to use revolutionary graphics. The Ferrari logo, in Giallo Modena, runs the full length of the two-tone body, blending apparent carbon black with bright yellow. A design that overturns the Prancing Horse's aesthetic codes.

Beneath this spectacular styling, the powertrain remains true to the purist spirit of the Icona series: a 6.5-liter naturally-aspirated V12, 840 hp, 0 to 100 km/h in 2.85 s and 0 to 200 km/h in 7.4 s. A supercar that pays homage to the racing prototypes of the 1960s, while remaining modern.

Inside too, Ferrari innovates. The cockpit features an innovative fabric made from recycled tires, while F1-derived carbon elements adorn the dashboard and steering column. Every detail recalls the direct link between the Icona SP3 and Maranello's sporting heritage.

An exceptional charity sale

This unique chassis, numbered 599+1, will be auctioned by RM Sotheby's at Monterey Car Week this August in California. All proceeds will be donated to educational initiatives: the Ferrari Foundation in the United States and Save the Children, to rebuild the Aveson Charter school in Altadena, which was ravaged by fire.
