The paintwork on this Ferrari S90 is "galactic" - will the supercar's price be astronomical?

There are Ferrari Some impress with their lines, others with their performance... and then there are those that mesmerize you even before you press the start button. That's exactly the case with this Ferrari SF90 Stradale from 2022, clad in a black dress like no other: the Nero Galaxy.

At first glance, it looks like a deep, classic black, a symbol of Italian elegance. But in the light, this hue is transformed. Metallic particles, embedded in a four-coat paint, sparkle like a Milky Way. The result? A cosmic, almost unreal effect, giving the impression of seeing a galaxy on four wheels.

Compared to the traditional Nero Stellato, this Nero Galaxy goes one step further with its larger, more visible metallic chips.

But underneath this "galactic" paintwork lies cutting-edge technology. The SF90 Stradale is the first plug-in hybrid Ferrari to be presented in 2019. It combines a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 with three electric motors for a combined output of 1,000 hp and 800 Nm of torque.

This particular model doesn't just shine with its bodywork. It is equipped with the coveted Assetto Fiorano package, designed for the track: Multimatic suspension, titanium springs and exhaust, Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires, high-set rear spoiler and additional carbon accents. Add to this a leather and Alcantara interior, carbon bucket seats and a premium audio system, and you have a configuration as refined as it is radical.

As is often the case with this type of jewel, the mileage is anecdotal: barely 2,575 km covered in three years. Suffice it to say that this SF90 has lived above all as a "garage queen". Put up for sale on the Cars and Bids platform, it immediately created a buzz: bidding started at $222,222 and has already reached $401,000, with several days remaining.
