Lancia Thema II

The Lancia Thema II marks the return of the Thema name to the Italian manufacturer's line-up in 2011. However, this second generation is not an Italian 100 % design: it is the result of a partnership between Fiat and Chrysler, and is based on the Chrysler 300. Presented at the Geneva Motor Show in March 2011, it embodies Lancia's attempt to reposition itself in the large premium sedan segment in Europe. With its status-conscious styling, luxurious interior (Poltrona Frau leather on some versions) and powerful engines, it was aimed at a professional, high-end clientele.

Its career would remain short-lived: faced with modest sales and the Group's strategic reorganization, production ceased in 2014.
