Ferrari California / California T

The Ferrari California marks a milestone in the modern history of Ferrari. Introduced in 2008, it became the first production Ferrari to feature a retractable hardtop, dual-clutch gearbox and front-mounted V8 engine, while retaining a 2+2 configuration. In 2014, Ferrari took the model to a new level with the California T, ushering in the return of the turbocharged V8 to the Ferrari road car range, more than twenty years after the F40. More powerful, more torquey and more efficient, the California T modernizes the GT convertible philosophy before being replaced by the Ferrari Portofino, then by the Roma Spider.
