Ferrari 599

The Ferrari 599 marked the comeback of the naturally-aspirated, front-engined V12 in the 2000s. Introduced in 2006, the 599 GTB Fiorano succeeded the 575M Maranello and introduced a new V12 derived from the Ferrari Enzo, combined with a modern chassis and advanced electronics. The range was then extended with the 599 GTO, a radical version directly inspired by the 599XX, and then with the 599 SA Aperta, an ultra-limited series celebrating Pininfarina's 80th anniversary. The Ferrari 599 is thus a major pillar in the line of modern V12 Ferraris, before the arrival of the F12 Berlinetta.

Special projects based on the Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano

Ferrari P 540 Superfast Aperta (2009): a one-off commissioned by an American customer, inspired by the Ferrari 330 LMB, with entirely specific bodywork.
