Nach der Insolvenz von Location John Scotti, einem auf die Vermietung von Luxus- und Exklusivfahrzeugen spezialisierten Unternehmen aus Montreal, wird ein Bestand von mehr als 750 Fahrzeugen zum Verkauf angeboten, um Schulden in H\u00f6he von \u00fcber 90 Millionen Dollar zu begleichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Inmitten dieser beeindruckenden Flotte sticht eine Zahl besonders hervor: 178 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/de\/lamborghini\/\">Lamborghini<\/a> sind von dieser Aktion betroffen. Eine selten gesehene Ansammlung von Supersportwagen im Rahmen einer einzigen Auktion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Schulden in H\u00f6he von 90 Millionen im 1. bis 4. Quartal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Am 1. April 2026 stellte das Oberste Gericht von Qu\u00e9bec \u201eLocation John Scotti\u201c unter Zwangsverwaltung und beauftragte Deloitte mit der \u00dcbernahme der Verm\u00f6genswerte und der Organisation ihres Verkaufs. Mehreren kanadischen Medienberichten zufolge schuldet das Unternehmen der Bank of Montreal mehr als 90 Millionen Dollar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Im Laufe seiner Untersuchung soll Deloitte zudem mehrere Unregelm\u00e4\u00dfigkeiten aufgedeckt haben, darunter insbesondere den Verkauf von Fahrzeugen ohne Genehmigung, ungekl\u00e4rte Geldtransfers und sogar den Fall eines Bugatti Chiron, der trotz als unvollst\u00e4ndig erachteter Informationen vermietet wurde. Um einen m\u00f6glichst hohen Wert zu erzielen, hat die Kanzlei daher einen Verkaufsprozess f\u00fcr das gesamte Fahrzeugportfolio des Unternehmens eingeleitet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ein wahrer Schatz f\u00fcr Lamborghini-Fans<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zwar umfasst die Flotte zahlreiche renommierte Marken, doch dominiert Lamborghini das Bild bei weitem. Aus den Verkaufsunterlagen geht hervor, dass 178 Modelle der italienischen Marke vertreten sind, was den mit Abstand gr\u00f6\u00dften Anteil im Portfolio ausmacht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Darunter befinden sich insbesondere 81 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/de\/autos\/lamborghini-huracan\/\">Hurac\u00e1n<\/a>, 63 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/de\/autos\/lamborghini-urus\/\">Urus<\/a>, 16 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/de\/autos\/lamborghini-aventador\/\">Aventador<\/a> und 10 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italpassion.fr\/de\/autos\/lamborghini-revuelto\/\">Revuelto<\/a>. Allein die zehn Lamborghini Revuelto haben potenziell einen Wert von mehreren Millionen Euro. Was den Hurac\u00e1n und den Urus betrifft, so geh\u00f6ren sie auch heute noch zu den begehrtesten Lamborghini-Modellen auf dem Markt f\u00fcr neuwertige Gebrauchtwagen. Diese au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliche Konzentration l\u00e4sst sich durch das Gesch\u00e4ftsmodell von Location John Scotti erkl\u00e4ren, das sich auf die Langzeitvermietung exotischer Fahrzeuge an eine wohlhabende Kundschaft in Qu\u00e9bec und Ontario spezialisiert hatte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ferrari, Rolls-Royce, Porsche: ein au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlicher Katalog<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Lamborghinis sind jedoch nur ein Teil der Geschichte. Das Portfolio umfasst zudem 18 Ferraris, 13 Rolls-Royce, 12 Lotus und 5 Bentleys. Bei den Premium-Marken finden sich zudem 76 Mercedes-Benz, 61 Porsche, 43 Land Rover, 38 Audi und 21 BMW. Etwa 85 % davon stehen derzeit unter Leasingvertrag, was das Interesse potenzieller K\u00e4ufer verst\u00e4rkt, da diese Fahrzeuge bereits Einnahmen generieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Laut Deloitte liegt einer der gr\u00f6\u00dften Vorz\u00fcge dieses Portfolios in der starken Pr\u00e4senz seltener oder in limitierter Auflage hergestellter Fahrzeuge. Das Unternehmen betont, dass diese Art von Fahrzeugen in der Regel ihren Wert besser beh\u00e4lt und einen geringeren Wertverlust verzeichnet als herk\u00f6mmliche Fahrzeuge.
